The service was terrible! The reception stuff was really indifference, and didn’t tell us when to check in, and just ask us to wait almost 30 mins there! After check in, we found all the cups were used by someone and didn’t clean at all. The fridge is locked, you can’t image this is the 5 stars hotel. Even we can find the breadcrumbs floating in the swimming pool! Sometime you can’t even open your room door with their so big heavy key! 12 years old children will be regarded as an adult, but they can’t use their indoor swimming pool, which is just for over 16 years adults. the porter in the hall would introduce 100 Dirham taxi to you, but in fact, it just worth less then 50 Dirham. The breakfast and table tennis is good, you can enjoy that. Thanks!

I booked this hotel through the Jet2 app & requested a junior suite. Upon arrival we were taken to a huge ornate wooden door which opened into a small sitting room, another door led to a corridor with an enormous bathroom & dressing room. Another door led into a sumptuous bedroom with a curtained 4 poster bed, coffee area, tv, fridge, dining table & chairs & another sitting room. Patio doors then led to a balcony with 3 windows looking out over the gardens & pool, this had a table, chairs & a lounger. If this was junior suite goodness only knows what the superior suites were like. Pool & grounds were beautiful with attentive staff & waiters ready to help. One warm pool mostly used by children & one cold but refreshing. On half board with 3 restaurants to choose from all delightful especially Couer des Lions which is impeccable. The service is spectacular, food amazing & extra touches like tables for your handbag & the aperitif cart a luxurious touch. Moussa in the Couer des Lions was exceptional, the other staff were brilliant too. My only criticism is that as half board we had a set menu so if staying a week you got the same menu every time. We asked to see the main menu & offered to pay the difference which was fine. Probably better to show the full menu & mark any extra supplements. Lobby bar was very nice with great staff, the menu is only in French though so no idea what the cocktail ingredients were. Luckily they also made traditional cocktails not on the menu. The pianist played daily & was very good. Only criticism is the fire is real & the place is boiling hot as a result, perhaps fake lighting during the hot season. The spa is nice although a little pricey. I did treat myself to a massage though. This hotel is exceptional & the staff superior. The concierge team are wonderful. I cannot understand why anyone would not rate it highly. My only sour point is that the bedroom was very hot & I didn’t sleep well as a result. Perhaps a couple of room fans would be a nice extra.

We decided to book a day pass at the Palace as the weather was not too good until late afternoon. The pass allowed us to use the heated indoor pool and spa facilities followed by a 3 course lunch then the use of the outdoor heated pool . The staff were very polite and attentive and the facilities were stunning ,
