Fashion Boutique Hotel

It's a fantastic hotel. The rooftop pool area is superb and the service is to match. Food is fantastic at the pool and at the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast is delicious with good choices. Basic rooms are basic but have what is needed and a big walk in shower. The larger rooms are double the size. Why 4 stars and not 5? Noise in the hallways. Housekeeping staff talking loudly every morning and knocking on your door at 8.30am for used towels. People are on holiday, let them sleep. The Do Not Disturb sign will fall off your door handle when you close the door. Also there's often guests leaving early in the mornings and the noise through corridors really does echo. People talking in the corridor of the floor below will sound like they are outside your room. Management, please put signs in Arabic, French and English, on the inside of room doors and in the elevator: "Noise travels and people are relaxing. Please try and keep your noise to a minimum". Please also remind reception staff and housekeeping of the same. They're voices travel up through the whole of the hotel. I really did not enjoy being woken up so early every single morning. But otherwise, thank you for a great stay.

Everything was perfect in the hotel! The peiple that work there are very sweet, hotel had a total facelift so all is New and gorgeous, the roodtop pool is really amazing with loungebeds and clean sheets just perfect hotel price/ quality……..

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of it. The staffs has been very helpful even though they are not very good with English but they manage to make an effort. We dined in the restaurant the 1st night because we arrived late and the food was delicious but the pizza was a little soggy in the middle. They have a rooftop bar and pool. Pool is really cold even the sun is up. House keeping has been great, don't be afraid of them moving your stuff, they are just making it neat but I realised that sometime they make our room at different times. I was in 5th floor, not sure if it's under staffed but we had to tell reception to get new towels. The location is great, walking distance to 2 different mall. 1 is basically 10 minutes walk or less and the big mall is about 30 minutes walk. Train station is 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come back
