女子旅でこちらのお宿を利用しました。まず立地は旧市街を観光するのにとても便利で、何よりリヤドのスタッフ皆さんがとても心温まるおもてなしをしてくださり、最高のモロッコ旅となりました。コンシェルジュにオススメのレストラン等もリストアップしていただき、事前の計画と合わせてより観光に深みが増しました。
またこちらのお宿に泊まりたいです。
Thank you very much for such a wonderful hospitality. My friend and I had a great time spent in Marrakesh because of you all. The building and decoration are very beautiful. We definitely want to go back to your Riad!

Lovely Riad in traditional style but not suitable for us . Too many stairs , no lift and so cold! Staff lovely . Rooms lovely but bathrooms although large and beautiful are very dangerous due to the marble floors . I had a terrible fall when the bath mat slipped after getting out of the shower . Cut and bruised my elbow , hip .shoulder a neck . Ruined our stay . Food in Riad ok but not much selection for dinner . Breakfast fine but room was freezing! May I suggest , , full length mirror in bathroom . Non slip mats for the shower . Coffee maker in room . Feather pillows ! Also I n website mention that there are a lot of stairs up to the bedroom !

Amazing to come back for our 3rd stay. Beautiful Riad, immaculately decorated and lovely staff who go above and beyond! The full vegetation menu is amazing full of really fresh ingredients. The breakfast is lovely presented and can be served on the beautiful terrace in the sun!

We enjoyed the warmest welcome and accommodations. The Riad is tastefully beautiful - with layers of mosaics, plaster work, and intricate wood carvings complementing the water features of the open courtyards and receiving rooms. Staff refreshed our rooms each time we ventured out. Breakfast in our room made for a low stress way to cap our final day in Morocco.

We spent 3 nights at Riad Kniza. I have to highlight that the service was absolutely outstanding. From the time of our arrival till we checked out the staff went above and beyond. The riad is a short walk from where the taxi was able to drop us off, and at check in time someone from the riad was there to meet us and take our bags. After evading scooters, bikes and motor cycles and walking through the narrow crowded lane, we arrived at this gem. Once in the riad we were well taken care off. Highlighs of our stay were Breakfasts on the terrace ( the fresh orange juice and the cakes deserve a special mention) The traditional Moroccan dinner Outstanding service. Our daughter was unwell with fever for two of the days of our stay and everyone was willing to help and get us what we needed. The riad organises a taxi service and that was very reliable and well priced too. The art work all around the riad is beautiful- make sure to enjoy it. A special mention to Lamia, Selma, Abdul, Hassan who went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for us. The restaurant opposite the riad has good food and lovely art works and is worth a visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the point of arrival to the time of departure, this was the perfect hotel. The staff were great. The food was the best I ate during my stay in Marrakech (which I enjoyed so much). This hotel is ideally situated, a peaceful oasis in a city that delivers in its chaos. As much I enjoyed the energy of the Marrakech I was so glad to have the calm of Riad Kniza to return to, and I did. The Hammam and the massage were perfect too. The only negative I have is I am concerned this review may contribute to making it difficult to make another booking at this great hotel.

Riad Kniza is incredible, the building is beautiful, in a great location, and the rooms are cozy. It really felt like a 2nd home while we spent 3 night there. The staff are amazing. So helpful and polite, the service is really world class. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to spend some time while eating breakfast or dinner. I really can't recommend this place highly enough, if you are travelling to Marrakech - stay here, you won't regret it!

We took the biggest suite ,which surely was luxurious but lacked small comfort details. There were no bedroom slippers,bathroom amenities like toothbrush,buds cotton pads e.t.c were missing. There was no Tea and coffee in the room. Both televisions were not working. These are the basics expected which were missing in the room comfort.

It was our first time in Morocco and wanted to experience staying in a Riad. Riad Kniza was absolutely stunning and the hospitality was top tier. When we made the booking on a third party website, they reflected our booking for 3 people when it was actually for 2 and Riad Kniza graciously offered us a free upgrade to a partial suite! Really experienced the Moroccan hospitality here anf they even bought toothbrush and toothpaste for me when I asked for a dental kit at 12am :) Only caveat is that it is not by the main road at all and the walk in can be very overwhelming at the start especially if you have a lot of big luggages (which we did)
