My experience with the hotel reception was terrible, I booked two rooms for my family, paid the rooms myself and they refuse to visit my mother in law in her room who was 92 years old to support her if she needs to pack her stuff or even take her shower, I was not planning to stay in the room but they have said something to do about the law which is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. Hotel staff should be aware of their guests rights and not to be negative and ignorant, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the hotel but thought maybe the reviews will give them a chance to amend and improve the quality of the product and services they are sailing unfortunately nothing changed or improved, staff mentalities need improvement specially in this sector.
