Ulasan Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc - All Inclusive

We stayed at the resort beginning of December this year. It was better than expected in most ways just some minor inconveniences which did not affect our trip overall. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, great room service, everything was cleaned daily and towels replaced. The variety for dinner was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed every meal, there were so many options and most of the food was delicious. Their food hygiene was also good as none of us had an upset stomach even though we ate as much as we could. There is a shuttle bus service going to the main square every couple of hours and it’s only 20 minutes away. The airport is also only 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. The entertainment every evening was great, it kept us and our 5 year old very happy. The team was energetic and inclusive of all guests. It was chilly most of the time so we used only the heated pool which was good. My husband also had a massage, he was asleep for most of it, so I assume it was good! Minor inconveniences: there were no rails to hang towels in the bathroom and every time we showered the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The main door for the hotel room was hard to close. The non-alchoholic drink options were very limited and did not taste nice. There were no coffee/tea/drinks arrangements in the building, we had to go out to the bar everytime. There are no slippers/gowns in the room which would be useful, remember to take yours! However, we will definitely be back!
