Hotel simpático, que correspondeu às expectativas. Localizado fora do centro de Marrakech, numa zona isolada, mas com transfers diários gratuitos. Empregados simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto agradável. Comida com qualidade e variedade, superior a alguns outros tudo incluído. Bebidas boas às refeições, cocktails fracos, quase sem álcool. Animadores atenciosos, com bastantes atividades durante o dia, mas animação fraca à noite.

Booked this extremely late and opted for a pool view. Arrived around 12 and had to wait until 3 for the room, which was a bit sad really as we were only here for 3 days. Rooms were nice and the shower was fantastic. All the staff work very hard and are really nice and helpful. Food was very good, especially liked the outside pool snack bar, where you could get pizza, panini or salads. The drinks were good and the service was always excellent. Main buffet restaurant was good with plenty of choice, although not having a sweet tooth, i would have loved some cheese and biscuits , however breakfast was very limited and the queue for the eggs or omelettes was sometimes too long to wait. I’m not in to entertainment and the loudness of the games in the pool or the afternoon music was too much for my liking! I’ve previously stayed at the Riu and iberostar, so comparing is easy. I thought the reception was so long winded on check in and out, our text had arrived and we waited for 30 mins while the maid confirmed that we hadn’t broken anything and could have our deposit back. Never experienced anything like this before but if it works then fine. Safes in rooms are free which was a plus. Overall i enjoyed the short stay but probably would prefer the Be Live Adults Only. Shout out to Halim, omar and mustpha who were so good at their job and were always so friendly.

Such a relaxing holiday we had here felt like home! we enjoyed it. The Food ,Services, shuttle bus to city centre and Rooms were clean and modern. The Entertainment team were brilliant Sia, Pitcho, Chinwi, Smiley got us engaged in all the games and activities! Fun! The staffs were brilliant and really friendly! The reception is 24*7 and very helpful! You got a 24*7 money exchange too! Will be coming back for sure!!

From the moment we walked in , we were warmly welcomed by the most friendly receptionist HASNA , she was amazing and she made sure we got our beatiful time. I highly recommend this hotel, affordable and service was very good , we will definitely come.back next vacation

My partner and I arrived at the hotel on Monday 28th October 2024. We had good first impressions of the hotel. From the first moment we walked in, it looked clean and tidy and the staff seemed friendly. We were booked in for 5 nights with the thought of it being a fantastic holiday in which we were going to relax and enjoy our time away. However, the food in the restaurant was not what we expected. As British people, we enjoy our carbohydrates and during the dinner time buffet there was no option of fries or chips. There were the same saute potatoes in the main buffet for the whole 5 nights we were there and they did not look fresh as not many people were opting for them. It was all an average hotel holiday until 1st November. My partner joined in the 3pm water polo game. There were a lot of people playing the game and seemed to really enjoy it. They were playing it for an hour and they only stopped the game because a lot of the players wanted to exit the pool but when the animation team were questioned as to why they were playing for so long, the response was "they play until they are too tired to continue". Surely, that is no way to tire out paying customers who should be relaxing and enjoying their holiday? My partner came out of the pool in a lot of pain and agony with a bruised foot. He could not stand or put pressure on it. He explained that he hit it on the missing tiles on the swimming pool floor. He hobbled back to the room to shower and get changed into evening wear and found that he could not put pressure onto the foot. That night, he didn't sleep all night and was up because his foot was swelling and he was in agony. The following morning, I went to Reception and complained about the situation and how painful my partners' toe was. I showed them the photos of the many missing tiles on the swimming pool floor and they said there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman on Reception said there was no manager in the hotel until 10am and therefore we decided to go back to Reception for 10am to meet the manager and explain the situation. Meanwhile, my partner can hardly put pressure on his foot and no wheelchair was offered. We then went back at 10am to be greeted with a woman on Reception who then explained that a manager is not at the hotel until 2pm. By this time, my partners' foot is getting worse and we were due to vacate the hotel room by 12pm. I then explained the situation to the lady on Reception where she said "the best I can do is keep the room until 4pm for you, but you cannot be later than 4". Her attitude to such a distressing time was appalling and very frustrating when there is an injured person in the party. Although we kept the room until 4pm, this did not stop the fact that my partners foot was bruising and worsening and in a few hours we had to catch a flight back to the UK and I had still not spoken to a manager.
