Ulasan Hotel Dost

Совершенно не понятно, откуда рейтинг 8.8 из 10 на Booking, 9.1 из 10 на Hotels и 4.4 из 5 на Google. Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый. Всё. Чистоты нет. Номер "был готов" к заселению: сотрудники пожгли бумажку, чтобы скрыть запах сигарет (этими средневековыми методами кто-то до сих пользуется?!), пол был попросту намочен для вида, пыль на полках и венец - несмытые продукты жизнедеятельности от предыдущих владельцев в унитазе и песок на полу душа. А так да, очень вежливый персонал! Мебель и сантехника уставшие. Ванная комната тесная (входная дверь не открывается до конца - упирается в унитаз) и неудобная (легко можно биться головой об верхний свод душевой кабины). Завтрак базовый, голодными не останетесь. Кондиционер работе, вайфай нормальный.

Наилучшие впечатления от отеля, сотрудников и завтрака! :) Расположение удобное. От автобусного вокзала можно доехать на маршрутке до остановки на набережной и оттуда за пару минут дойти до отеля. До порта и старого города ходили пешком. Да везде ходили пешком от отеля) Магазинов вокруг очень много, в том числе работающие до 23 часов вечера. Номер просторный, приятный балкон со столиком, стульями и сушилкой для белья. Кондиционер работает. Завтраки прекрасные. Персонал замечательный. Заботятся, помогают. В номере убирались каждый день. Соотношение цена - качество отличное. Рекомендую!

Чисто . Приятный админ. Парковка есть . Номер обновлен , стены свежие и чистые . Хорошо . Тапочки есть, завтрак пойдет .

Отель в котором есть всё необходимое. Не далеко от набережной и центра. Очень приветливый персонал, стараются сделать проживание в отеле комфортным. По минусам. Находиться на оживлённой улице, шумно по ночам.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Family ow Ed Dost hotel. I went with my daughter and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for money & wonderful friendly, honest staff who went our of their way to post a valuable item I left in the room. I will definitely visit again. Thank you guys

The hotel was very nice and very well located : 5 minutes by walk and you are at the beach. The room is similar to the pictures so not bad surprise, I even had a balcony on mine ! The owner and staff were really incredible, all of them were very friendly and helping. The breakfast was also very tasty. I totally recommand

I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. I liked the location which is 5 min walk to the beach, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, room and bathroom was clean, Breakfast was nice thanks to the lovely ladies, Mr Samed and Mr. Yüksel who were very keen to keep my stay nice and joyful - Many Thanks for the friendly atmosphere. I recommend this hotel and wish to return in the nearest future

We stayed here for five nights and that was all excellent! The room is clean and I loved that the towels and linens smells fresh. Bathroom is big enough and has a good water pressure and hot shower. AC is working well. A great selection of classic traditional Turkish breakfast in the breakfast buffet. Location is also great, close to everything.. to the beach, restaurants and shops. But most of all, the owner and staff are the best!. Thank you guys for making our stay memorable!

We have been to Turkey before and decided to stay somewhere different and we chose Dost Hotel. We came with our two friends and their young baby. The staff were all so so lovely and accomaditing, they couldn't do enough for us. Everyday we would speak with the staff and they would take a general interest in our day and wellfair as well as interact with the baby. The room itself was lovely and very spacious and clean, only downfall is the bed was very hard and took a few nights to get used to it. It also states there is a pool guests can use opposite the hotel (not owned by the hotel itself) however it was closed and had no water in. That didn't bother me personally as I don't go in the pool on holiday however it may bother some but don't worry you are not even a 5min walk from the sea which is much better! Yuksel was the most loveliest man ever! He was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I forgot my beach towel and he kindly gave me and my partner a beach towel to use. I also clumsily fell down the stairs and he came running to make sure I was OK and really looked after me and kept checking I was OK (I was fine). He genuinely cares about his guests and the hotel and its obvious to see, we would have regular conversations with him each day. The ladies at breakfast making the food were also very friendly and smiley. Overall this hotel really made us feel welcome and all staff show a great example of customer service! We spent our first night in another hotel. Hated it and searched on line for another the next morning. Walked to the Dost and spoke to them and were shown a couple of rooms to choose from. They even offered to take us to the old hotel to collect our suitcases. Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and cared for. Everything worked as expected and it's well positioned so it's close to beach but just a road or two back so you can actually sleep. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is perfectly located, and only a few minutes walk from the beach and marina with a plethora of restaurants and beaches to choose from. The room and bathroom were very clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast served traditional Turkish breakfast with cheeses, cured meats, eggs any style, crepes, spreads and fresh fruit n veg. The staff are the kindest and most welcoming. The hotel represents great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! Room 206 has a balcony overlooking the street and a drying rack.

Iniziamo col dire che la gentilezza dello staff e di samat sono fondamentali. Inoltre la posizione è perfetta, 3 min a piedi dal mare, e con 10 arrivi in centro passeggiando per il lungomare. Stanza pulita perfetta, ovviamente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, l ambiente della colazione molto familiare in stile turco. Consigliatissimo!
