Green Nature Resort and Spa

Unfortunately this hotel is no longer for ushotel isn’t what it once was. The fighting, the noise in the corridors at 3am, the screaming on balconies, people being absolutely smashed to a point they can barely stand. The sunbed wars, 5am for a sunbed is insane. paying waiters to keep tables in restaurants and bars, im sorry this is ridiculous why should we have to pay to ensure we have a table, we already paid for our holiday and are happy to tip for good service but i wont pay to reserve a place to sit!! We travelled with 11 month twins, the food was lovely but never hot. Luckily there was a microwave, but warming up every meal isnt great. We always had plenty of options, and wasnt a day we didnt find anything for any of us to eat. The carved meat and gravy option was fab for the twins housekeeping however!! Went above and beyond for us! We was left milk and water in the fridge everyday when she seen we had babies. She would play with them in corridor and couldn’t do enough! Also the photographer on resort was fantastic! We had a beautiful package of family photos to cherish for ever. But the noise and fighting in corridors late at night ensures we wouldn’t return! This hotel seriously has gone downhill

We're currently staying here and on our 2nd week and already planning on coming back next year. We have never felt more welcomed anywhere other than here and especially for my little girl who has Down Syndrome. Everyone absolutely loves her here the waiters especially. Every night they come over to say "Hello" to all of us, Kayla (my daughter) loves to blow them all kisses and they blow kisses back and they give both of my children high fives. One of them even got her out of her high chair for cuddles and took her to see his colleagues for high fives and blowing kisses which I thought was absolutely lovely! The waiters made our holiday here they truly are a credit to the hotel! The hotel is by far the best that we've stayed in at Turkey to date, food is absolutely delicious with lots of different choices each day woth some of the best pizza I've tasted, there's a snack bar at the other pool with consists of pizza, burgers, meatballs and chips for those fussy eaters. Lots and lots of fresh salad, meats and cheeses. They have a hot breakfast served from 8.30am before then it's mini croissants and plain au chocolate, toast etc... The hotel room we're staying in is 2139 and it's very spacious. On entry there was a cot for my 2 year old but he never slept in it. We had 2 single beds pushed together to make 1 big bed with 1 sheet covering them both. You wouldn't be able to tell as the gap is very minimal and held all four of us (myself, hubby, and 2 toddlers.) There was a spare single bed too and both the cot and the mattress came in handy as we put them at the end of our bed to stop the children from falling out and although my daughter still managed to fall out it did break her fall and her body only slightly fell and got stuck between the bed and mattress so no hard hit. Please do not wear the spa slippers left in the packets in the shower room if your floor is wet, I nearly went flying a few times as they're so slippery. The room is situated on the hill side of the hotel and has a lovely view of the woods/ mountains where we saw lots of pigs, rabbits and cats. The only thing is that if you have toddlers and are forever washing their clothes, they don't dry fast as that side of the hotel is shaded and doesn't get much sun so clothes are sometimes left out for 2 days to dry. There's a convenience shop on site which is okay but we preferred to venture out to the shops. Last night at dinner we were sat outside the jewellery shop and the man who owned/run the shop saw Kayla told me how precious and how beautiful she is and he came out with a gift for her, a lovely silver necklace which was so kind of him. There really is the best people here! The pools are okay, very cold when you get in but after a while you get used to it. We came down around 8.30/9.00am every morning and there were still some sunbeds left. We liked to sit by the slides as it was shaded. The floor though was something else. Just returned from 10 nights here and had a wonderful time. The staff are what makes this hotel. The waiting staff are very friendly and attentive. The entertainment staff are brilliant, a special mention for Gem, Dom Dom and Honey who were so engaging. The hotel is pretty big and meal times can be busy but if you get into the restaurant early enough you'll have no issues. The food is very varied but very nice. There's 2 shops on site as well as a tattoo parlour, beauty salon, photography studio and doctors surgery and it's only about a 5 minute walk to the main street. We did have a few issues which is why I've marked it as 3 stars. Upon arrival my daughter's room was dirty, had broken glass on the floor and ants in the beds. Housekeeping quickly cleaned the room and they were moved the next day. Our aircon kept breaking down and I had to call reception several times to get it fixed. Even when it was working it wasn't as cold as my daughter's room. We had no hot water in our room for 5 days and despite reporting it daily to reception, it never got resolved. The poolside area is VERY slippery and we witnessed several people fall because of how slippery it is. Be very careful. The hotel really does need to address this before someone gets really hurt. Putting 'caution, wet floor stickers ' on the ground does not stop people from slipping and falling

Spent a week at Green nature Spa Resort with the family. What a lovely week it was. The hotel is very clean and presented well. The lobby area is a little dated compared to the neighbouring hotels. However the lobby bar is probably the best bar for a drink. There are separate businesses on the site including a shop that sells flaoties, clothes, bags shoes etc The jewellers are very good we had our rings cleaned and replated and they came out like new 4 rings £115 which is amazing value. The room: The we had was spacious and clean. The only down down side we had was the balcony was over looking the road / sort track and woodland area, which made drying towel and swim wear a little difficult, but that is literally the only thing.you could maybe moan about a bit. It was kept clean by the hotel staff who were excellent and very friendly. The food: The restaurant is large restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing. Different theme nights helped keep the food choices different. Well presented and the cakes where stunning as well as delicious. We never felt the need to go out of the hotel to eat as the food was absolutely amazing. The staff in the restaurant were ok, depending on who was on duty l. Yusef in particular was very helpful and would always be on hand to help with a high chair and bringing drinks to the table. Other staff seemed to find this a chore and would not help you. For example I asked for a small spoon as I couldn't find one where they usually where, and got an eye roll and told they are over there ( where I had looked) I explained I had looked and non there. He walked off and came back and dropped spoon in front of me on table and walked off. That was the one negative experience in an otherwise great week. Drinks: The pool bar is the busiest bar but the ale is not brilliant. The terrece bar on floor 2 is a separate bar but is a bit pricey £6 for a 330ml bottle of Heineken. This is not included in the all inclusive price. The Pool: The pool area is split into two. A family pool and a more chilled out adult pool. The water slides are great fun and the kids loved them, as well as the family pool. The slide are open from 10-12 & 2-5 The sunbeds are cramped in and you do feel like everybody is on top of you, as they cram them in and are no gaps to walk through to get access to the pool so you do have to walk around if you are not on the front row. You need to go down early to get a sunbed as these get taken up very quickly. They say you can't claim a bed until 7am, however I was down having a coffee at 6am and people where putting towels down then. I suggest putting a table in-between your beds to create some room. The surrounding area of the pool can be very slippy so if you have young children I suggest pool shoes. The kids club: The kids club staff are fantastic with the kids, Megan in particular was brilliant with my 7 year old and made time to sit and talk to me and my 1 year old when we used the facilities to have a

We had an amazing time at this hotel, all of the entertainment staff were so much fun, dom dom and broski were great they really made our holiday what it was, booking again for next year for a 2 week stay rather than 10 days as it we needed just that little longer

Honest Review I got home this morning at 2am (UK time) We went as a family of 5 which was 3 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 8. We paid to upgrade the room and we were both in a standard room in the main hotel. I messaged guest relations before we departed and asked for rooms next to each other. We were granted our request and had interconnecting doors. We arrived on a late flight on 17th of August. We used the transfer bus and to be honest, found this really easy (there were only 5 families on it, all for the same destination) the transfer took about an hour and a half. We didn't stop, as almost everyone was asleep. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were all issued with our A.I bands. We checked in and were taken to our room on level 2 by one of the staff. The staff briefly explained that the terrace restaurant was 24 hours, but was an extra charge. He also explained really briefly where everything was. On our first proper day, we wandered round the hotel and found out where everything was (as I do on every holiday) the staff were friendly and very polite. We booked a spa package, which was incredible. We were offered alternative spa packages at a great deal, but it we didnt do it. My partner took towels down most mornings at 7am. There was people who unfortunately put towels down and don't go back until later on in the day- quite annoying, but such as life. The food was unreal. We found that there was a really good option, the children in our group can be fairly fussy, and they both found something each day. There was some repetitive food, but everyday there was something different. We were waited by Orhan, and I can honestly say he built the best memories for us. He was so kind, polite and funny. He really was the sweetest person. We didn't stay for the entertainment. It was on late, but I think it's because it's too hot during the day and they're waiting for it to cool down a bit first. I can hand on heart say that the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaners were always so busy making the hotel clean. The pool areas were also extremely clean, but the sides were really slippy. We always woe footwear, but it was still slippy. I saw people of all ages fall (thankfully noone hurt too bad- but it could have been) The slides were great fun for all the family. We booked 3 trips through Sunny Temal (round the back of the hotel) and they didn't disappoint! We did the Medusa boat round Marmaris, which was so beautiful. They do take pics, which you're not obliged but very much encouraged to buy. We got a larger package, which was a really good deal. We also did Turtle beach and go karting. Sunny took really good care of us all, and really helped us choose the trips that were best for us as a family. We didn't feel that we were pushed into trips.
