1. 辦理入住時前台效率超高，還主動升級了景觀房，推開窗就是滿眼綠意，瞬間掃光旅途疲憊。
2. 房間乾淨得讓人驚喜，床品柔軟親膚，連衞生間的細節都無可挑剔，住得比家裡還舒服。
3. 晚上想喝熱水，打電話給客房服務，不到5分鐘就送來了，工作人員態度特別親切，像被朋友照顧一樣。
4. 酒店早餐種類超豐富，從本地特色小吃到西式餐點都有，食材新鮮又好吃，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。
5. 離店時忘記拿充電器，前台及時提醒並幫忙收好，這種細心太戳人了，下次來還選這家！

管家呂健平服務很好，這個酒店無論是商務出行還是休閑度假都很合適！酒店有多個會議室，設備先進，適合舉辦活動。休閑設施也很豐富，除了温泉還有棋牌室，晚上不會無聊。地理位置雖然有點偏僻，但周邊有很多景點可以逛，一站式滿足所有需求，絕對是五星好選擇！

從村間小路轉入茂名喜來登温泉度假酒店，確有柳暗花明又一村之感，道路兩旁的桃花開啟了迎客模式，心情大好😊 大堂別具東方傳統色彩，酒店管家待客熱情，因網上訂房操作有誤，辦入住時管家呂建平非常細心的處理訂單問題，我們一行六人順利的入住豪華泡池客房，泡池的景觀隱蔽性好，專享一份寧靜。

一次完美的度假體驗，管家建平服務超讚！
整體體驗遠超預期！無論是環境還是服務，都配得上其五星級標準，尤其感謝管家建平的貼心服務，讓這次旅行格外難忘。停好車就有工作人員幫忙搬行李到房間。連包都不用拎就入住了。
環境：設計典雅，融合現代藝術與典雅格調，大堂採用新中式設計，搭配錦鯉湖畔和鏡水拱橋，充滿嶺南園林風情。我們預訂的露台泡池大床房非常寬敞，私湯温泉就在陽台上，吹着山風，舒適。
服務：管家建平專業又細心，看到我們帶着小孩主動問我們需不需要小孩的用具，來回温泉的車安排也很及時基本出門車就在等了。
酒店早餐持續到中午11:00，適合睡懶覺的遊客，自助餐品種豐富，還準備了一些點心讓我們打包帶走。
