The room is ok, it has been refurbished but some wear and tear. The breakfast is pretty good. At the fringe of the city center but still pretty walkable.

A spacious, quiet, well-furnished room and very comfortable pillows. There was a kettle, cups and tea and coffee provided in the room. Very close to a tram stop and within walking distance of many high street shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and a super fast check-out.

Staffs are very helpful! I made a booking mistake, they solved it quickly. Thank you very much. The room is very clean and breakfast is also good.

Thank you, the stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was very clean. No dust under the bed, plenty of space. View from the hotel (see picture).

A decent hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but it has everything it should have. The service is also very friendly. The price is not expensive.

Disappointed by the services, no air conditioning, no refund, nothing pleasant. I will probably not return to this hotel which is almost acceptable.

I was a little bothered by the sound of the door opening and closing when entering and exiting the room and the footsteps upstairs, but it was quiet late at night and I was able to sleep well. I think it's good value for money.

Hotel is very centrally located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. We'd love to come back.

You have to take the tram from the station. (I called a taxi on the way back) The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. (It seemed to be a hotel more focused on locals rather than foreign tourists) It was clean and well heated. Winter equipment and furniture were also practical.
