"Hotelnya sendiri bagus, tetapi sarapan selama saya menginap benar-benar bencana. Hotelnya fungsional, lokasinya bagus, tempat tidurnya nyaman dan kamar mandinya bagus – semuanya baik. Namun, saat sarapan pada hari Minggu pukul 9:45 pagi (sarapan disajikan hingga pukul 11 pagi), semuanya benar-benar kosong. Tidak ada roti, tidak ada keju, tidak ada telur, sebagian besar Nutella dan selai sudah habis, tidak ada gelas untuk jus – dan di hotel dengan sedikit tamu, dua karyawan di resepsionis malah sibuk dengan laptop atau ponsel mereka, bahkan tidak menyapa siapa pun, apalagi mengurus prasmanan sarapan, yang dimulai tepat di sebelah meja resepsionis. Setelah beberapa kali meminta dan meminta agar diisi ulang, akhirnya butuh waktu cukup lama. Itu benar-benar pengalaman pelayanan yang unik, harus saya akui! 😂"
