Winford Resort and Casino Manila

Trip has good customer service in the sense that u can easily reach them via email, chat or call, that's one of the great things about them even though my first experience was them was a bit bad due to issues with booking dates but I still acknowledge how easy to reach them bcoz that's a big thing in customer service. As per Winford Hotel we have been here for so many times but this is my second stay and I have combination of good and bad Good feedback staff are very accommodating, courteous and helpful Always showing willingness to assist and fast action when there are requests Bad feedback Some contacts are delayed in responding like hours before they get back to u in viber or email Their flat iron is very cheap quality and on my first visit it quickly burnt my new dress 😭 bcoz the quality of iron is the cheapest one in the market very unpredictable heat dowell is cheap brand in PH On our second stay we were placed in an adjacent connecting room apparently the guests in the next room are still noisy even its 2am and we can't sleep.. We have to call concierge 2x until its been settled just to find out that they have so many illegal guests there as they're still there evn late hours, I think security and housekeeping sent them out and it's been settled after. The bathroom has no option to dim light so I ended up showing lights off and just depending on the beam of light from below.. The full on light isn't helpful as the bathroom is just frosted and if ur sharing the room with a friend and not spouse it gets a bit uncomfortable The worst part was when I opened the vanity kit this is one is saw, gross I forgot to mention this to the team as I saw this late at night and wer so tired, the cotton is already contaminated ewww maybe prior to packaging 😩 Amenities I haven't had chance to use it as always due to busy sched but hopefully I'll be able in my next stay Their alfresco dining has good vibes they also have spa which I look forward visiting next time Despite of the hiccups of this second or third stay I'd still consider going back as I know they keep doing I their best to do great

Hotel is decent but can definitely improve all around. ****** was a disappointment due to the lack of games and options as someone who is willing to find this type of entertainment.

High recommended place, very nice and comfortable, room was clean and the food was super nice… It’s a very nice decent hotel, the staff in general is pretty helpful, although is true sometimes they do the things a bit slow, waiting more than 45 minutes to get a hairdryer or more than 30mins to get some cocktails done at the swimming pool with no one else ordering drinks… But the food is pretty good specially at the cafeteria of the 2nd floor, breakfast was also great and the service in general is superb but if you are a smoker get ready to go up and down all the time because smoke in the rooms is completely forbidden and the only smoking areas are a bit ridiculous, one in the garage of the ballroom and the other one in the C A S I N O. The C A S I N O doesn’t have common games as poker or a normal roulette
