If your aim is to have an easy journey to Puerto Galera then THIS should be the only reason to stay in this hotel as the SIKAT bus departs promptly @ 09h30 from this venue. The chicken mami (soup) is my favorite meal but the stock has varied too much over two visits and the breakfast is basic with too many staff frying, scrambling or poaching eggs. This venue is past its prime and the colors (brown) are depressing. Check-in was prompt but room service terribly lacking this after requesting a room clean early morning which by 17h00 was not completed . My fridge was not turned on and even if it was I was NOT storing anything even sealed water so I had to contend with warm bottled water. When one reserves a room weeks ahead certainly room service staff have sufficient notice to provide guest with a cold fridge as Manila temperatures are brutal even when it rains. The bed was comfortable and the linen had no odours which was great as most Asian establishments have linen / bedding reeking of tobacco. Its time to find alternative accomodation then taxi to this venuw to board the SIKAT BUS.
