The male front office personnel could be more polite and sweet ( night shift) so that the hotel gets repeated customers

Actually we didn't expect it to be so good, bedroom facilities to toiletries everything was so good and neat

The hotel is good, clean rooms and it's in the heart of city. Very near to the city centre mall, sapna book house and other shops. One disadvantage is hotel has only chinese restaurant.

Good location neat and clean hotel highly recommend hotel rooms with balcony only one single suggestion to the hotel is the room spray which is using by the hotel is bit irritating and triggered head ache for me

Courteous and well-trained staff. The rooms were spacious with great interiors and all basic amenities. Ideal location with easy accessibility to all hotspots of the city.

In short it’s a fantastic experience with warm welcome . It’s feel heart warming experience when security came with umbrella while entering the hotel.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the town. Rooms are very clean and service staff is very sincere. Behevier of receiptsonist at front desk is really appreciate able after all my experience is very good

Hotel is very neat tidy and newly build. Location is also good. Food option also available, but they bring the same with their tied up restuarants

Stay was very pleasing staff were friendly and service was quick but on thing where improvement is required is bathroom faucets can be maintained even better

The room was okay but the washroom was not clean, the commode was pathetic as it had yellow strain. There was no tissue in the room as well. The balcony is very small. There is no view

Room was dirty, plates provided for dinner were dirty, coffee cup kept in the room had literal coffee on it, washrooms were old with some foul smell coming from it, i feared bathing in it checked out without a bath, one bottle water with makeshift tamper sleeve was provided, we had to order bisleri which was further added to bill.

This hotel is simply the best for this price in mangalore. Very clean, extremely polite staff, and the amenities are detailed. If this hotel was in bangalore or any other metropolitan city, they would have easily changed 4-5k per night minimum. But these guys charge just a little over 2k which i felt was a great deal.

The stay is really clean and the staff are very polite service is fast prices are affordable totally a whole package
