It was a very good experience. The location of the hotel is good only 300 to 400 meter from the see beach. The food quality was good and the over all service, ambience was also good and enough. The staffs were all helpful and polite in behavior. The only problem was with AC of our room. But that was also manageable.

Poor, shabby state of the hotel rooms, uncleaned beds, pillows and bed covers are patchy. No wifi support to the building 2 and 3. Baby cockroaches are running all through the rooms

15-20mins distance from chaulkolha stoppage. Location is not so far from sea side and don't think you'll get view of balcony. Good quality was 10/10. Hygiene and safety standards must be maintained more cautiously.

Hotel staffs were very good but the problem was with the property that lacks maintenance. It is a nice build up hotel but it is losing the glamour slowly. Rooms were full of damp and amenities given in the room were lacking the maintenance too.

1. Rooms were below standard. No amenities like wifi, toilets were unclean. 2. Food was below quality. 3. Service was horrible. We ordered our food at 9. 30 pm on day 1 and received it at 11. 45 pm after multiple follow-up. Repeatedly told them to give the sugar separately but they kept on adding it to the tea. In short not worth atall.

Food was delicious, specially chicken items. Room also good. Staff behaviour was fine. Hardly 5 mints distance from beach. Prime location. Most important thing safety for all. Specially for women.
