Luxury Banyan Tree Resort Mandarmani

One of the beautiful hotel we have experienced at Mandarmani. Our staying was very pleasant, the hotel staffs are good experienced in their trade & very helpful, foods are delicious but unfortunately Hilsa fish was not available, the horticulture, landscaping is fabulous. Need some improvements for rooms washroom maintenance (#121 WC seat cover broken), the room landline was not working, the left out in room dining plates at the rooms corridors needs to be clear on time & a proper designated place should be identified to avoid from cats, rats & pets.

We stayed from the 5th to the 8th of June-24 in the premium deluxe rooms which are sea-facing. It has got a huge open area and plenty of spaces for roam around inside the premises. The private beach is quite good to go in case of low tide. The stay was good, and the staff was well-behaved. The little cavity that I found was in items on the food menu, where I found the same fish menus were repeated and a little faster delivery is expected. Instead, once it is ordered prior, the delivery is on-time more or less. Overall, it is a good hotel to be recommended for a stay.

Excellent Location, just bang on the sea beach. Private Beach access. Rooms are well ventilated and ample natural light. We stayed in the Premium Deluxe Room on the 2nd floor. Except for lunch time and at night, we didn't even have to switch on the AC. The food items were delicious, however a bit expensive. The room service was a bit slower as it seemed they're not to able to cope with the rush at dinner time. The swimming pool was excellent and pretty well maintained. In the evening there is a pool side DJ and snacks with Tea/Coffee. Provision for cocktail/mocktails were there but paid service. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend visiting once. You won't be disappointed.

As the name suggests it's totally a luxurious and lavish resort. I am overwhelmed with the property and the upkeep of such a large resort. Luxury Banyan Tree Resort alongwith their courteous staff would surely be a memorable experience and a strong recommendation for every tourist. A big shout out for Mr. Subrata Das, Mr. Bidhan, Mr. Suresh the F&B Manager and Chef Das for making the stay so homelike. The Indian cuisine is just awesome and the breakfast spread is so lavish that it can give some good star properties in metros a run for their money. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities available and the suite where I stayed is just awesome. It has an amazing view of the pool and the sea and in short is luxury at its best. The upkeep of the property, the grandeur at the reception, the beautification of lawns and garden alongwith the infinity pool with its sea view is just what a guest would want to make the trip a treasured one. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and an amazing stay. Would love coming back again in future. 😊

Great place to unwind and great value for money. The swimming pool is alluring and well maintained. Food is awesome both in quality and quantity. Access to the beach is private. Luxurious rooms provide all modern amenities. The location far from the madding crowd is a great place to unwind.

If you can please avoid at all costs.. Just a hype. Wish I could give negative stars... Please avoid at all costs... Run by a bunch of unprofessional people... Room service is non existent... House keeping non existent... Better to carry your own food and beverages from outside... Do not depend on hotel staff for anything... Rude behaviour by staff

It is very pleasant stay in such good property. Food was awesome.swimming pool was very nice .And. FNB team and manager Suresh was too good for Their gust support ……….. it is value for money stay in short . Will come again once get opertunity next .

Very nice property, no need to go outside, private clean beach, swimming pool, delicious menu to choose especially surprised to see Maggie in morning buffet for children . Rooms were clean and comfortable with private porch or balcony to sit and relish the environment.
