Very convenient location, relatively big room size. Excellent bedding for very good sleep.

The location and quality of this city centre hotel can’t be beat in central Manchester. Have stayed in many hotel but stay here exclusively now.

The hotel in the down town area near in china town and so many restaurant and bar . the staff help us for fast check out and call taxi. We will come back to book thr hotrel If I visit manchester city.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Car parking just round the corner £21.75 if you use NCP APP. Thats for 24 hrs

Good breakfast buffet. But the room service doesn’t function well. We called from room several times without response.

Wonderful location and right next to the Chinatown. Just 10 min from the Manchester Airport Express station.

Good location - approx 10mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. However didn’t feel safe wandering the area in evening on my own. Greeted by receptionist who walked me through self check in machine. Room was well appointed and looked clean. Liked that hotel provided crisps, chocolate, soft drinks and water for free in addition to the tea/coffee and biscuits. Bed was comfy. Breakfast options were good with free from alternatives. Checkout was easy via email link which I did while eating my breakfast then simply handed card key upon leaving,

The location is good, Chinatown is across the street. The hotel allows self-check-in/out, the elevator is fast, and the facilities are relatively new.

It's on the edge of Chinatown, in a busy location. Each bed is 1.2 meters tall and the bed is 0.8 meters tall. The bathroom makes a buzzing sound from time to time. The quilt should be a cotton quilt, but overall I think it's ok!

There is a special triple room with two double beds, which is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, a typical English breakfast, and the variety of bread, fruit and jam is much richer than usual. The location is very good, Chinatown is right outside, and it is also very close to *** village and Turing Statue Garden. It is a little far to the shopping mall, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk there. It is very convenient overall.

The waiter was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and comfortable, the view was great, and it was a very good experience.

1. The hotel pillows are very stiff, one is very soft and the other is very hard. I asked them to change them, but they said the pillows are all the same. 2. The service attitude on the phone is poor. 3. The room housekeeping does not replenish mineral water. 4. One of the towels has black stains. 5. The pillows on the bed are not clean. Although the location is close to the train station, it is also very tiring to drag the suitcase on the road in Manchester. In short, it does not deserve this star rating.
