Only stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester. Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments

Our overall experience wasn’t very satisfactory with this hotel. We got a non-window room, the staff members at the reception had no customer service skills as they wouldn’t help with minor inconveniences like providing coffee sachets except the member named Yasar. The room was very hot and only table fan was provided, no AC option. The specifications of the hotel do not meet as it says GYM, sauna, etc. I am an influencer and youtube vlogger, I have a detailed review about the hotel on my channel.

Our room was leaking water, the key of room stopped working, Worst of all they don't have housekeeping staff after 9pm!!!!!

Hotel was fine, room clean. Reading reviews after booking was really worried but all was OK. Travelled with young child. Had time show ID and child ID too. Lovely idea to put heater and fan in room to make more comfortable. Not sure if they upgraded us or not as got a better room than booked. All in all excellent location and value for money

Good, fast, and efficient check-in process, nice entrance and layout, friendly staff. Room felt worn, although clean, slept well

Great location but the hotel is a bit jaded...good security ...perfect for what we need after a show and too late to return to Leeds... I will use it again for basic needs x lovely indian girl at the reception x

Lovley room had eveything we needed. Only down fall is the room can get very hot with no way of cooling the room down.

There should be sign at the entrance stating "Check in at your own risk", as this felt like a series of American Horror Story: Manchester. The users on Trip dot com did us dirty because this was one of the worst experiences my friend and I had in accommodation. We wanted a simple but comfortable one night stay to see a concert. - Customer Service: Upon arrival, my friend needed to use the toilet as soon as possible. The front desk clerk advised her to go to the first floor. She returned, sweaty and upset as she was hand carrying heavy luggage and found that the toilets were locked via keypad, a code which he did not provide. - Facilities: Opening the door to your room invites you to experience what menopause is like. It was boiling with no way to change the temperature. The clerk stated the building has fixed heating until 11:00 PM. Another clerk told us 1:00 AM. Inconsistent information. We both had difficulty sleeping due to the heat never subsiding through the evening and early morning. They said we could pay extra 10 pounds if we wanted a room with a window. When we requested an extra fan to cope, they delivered us one that was broken. The shower head kept sliding down. Phone charges cannot be used next to the beds because the sockets only fit the lamps, they're not the UK sockets. - Cleanliness: Mediocre. There were paint marks that most likely covering mold stains. The lifts smelled of **** and cigarettes. - Location: This was the only positive aspect as it's near many shops and restaurants. Overall, I suppose you will be happy this location if you hail from tropical weather such as the Philippines. I apologise for much of the sass in this review but it was a bit shocking at how little care is put into Sachas. It could be worse but it definitely is not a home away from home. I hope this review causes some reflection for those responsible in how this hotel is run, so to provide a better experience for future travelers.

Not a glamorous place, but location is excellent very central and is always exceptional value for money. Always feel safe with 24/7 security and rooms are a decent size. I do think they are slowly making some positive noticeable steps towards their image problem and notorious reputation. Firstly they now offer free WiFi and don’t charge and I was pleasantly surprised at the complimentary upgrade to a room with a window, new smart TVs larger variety of drinks, upgraded bathroom - always very clean. For the price I paid and given the location right next to Market St and Northern Quarter - if you need a place to crash and not looking for luxury and have realistic expectations - excellent. The rooms without a window I actually like - especially in winter they are warm and think blackout curtains. Always have the best sleep. Appreciate that isn’t always for everyone and often they will upgrade these sometimes with breakfast for £10 a night just ask at check in. Some of the staff, security and reception can be quite surly and rude some of the time - expect they don’t have an easy job - and some guests can be absolutely vile and sometimes you can tell blanket rule some of them have is all guests are potentially problematic. Example - I forgot my room number, I always memorise the way to get there rather then the number itself - I know that’s bizarre but started a full on questioning accusing me of pretending to be me and an intruder. I had my wallet and photo ID to prove I am me - surely this would have been a friendlier more appropriate approach rather than instantly assuming I’m a criminal. Photo ID worked fine for them to allow me to my room which I had a key for and found just fine. Just constructive feedback

It was okay, as the price not that expensive but the location is great. In the heart of Manchester and close to all public transport. I would suggest you to stay here. It’s easy to travel around the city.

Some staff at the desk are absolutely have no clue about customer service! So rude!!

Good location. Poor service from staff when an issue with the tv was reported but eventually changed room. New room couple things broken and missing back from remote along with broken plugs
