What can I say. Entrance to hotel is nice as you walk and goes down there. Place is clean yes, but shows age. Lifts work and large. But, going down press button. But, blanked out or no indicator or level. Room and whole level 4 I was on had heating on middle of heat wave. Got to Room and found vents for air con, but busted control. Light fitting in bathroom blinked, Room. Felt aged and had open light bulb in closet. Was clean yes, but didn't feel 100 level. No way to turn heating off when I came back from gig. Ended up running Bath on. Min temp to cool down and sleep and off. By 4 am room with basic fan was just about cool enough to sleep. On entry back to hotel from gig had heavy handed security list checking even though guests had cards. Got my room no mixed up. But, gave name and ended to being marched to the desk to confirm my room and that I'd paid. Security guard told me that there is no way I had booked in when I had. No apology when it's confirmed I was a guest. Wouldn't stay again as hotel needs clear investment and feels like it would be a 40 quid a night level normally, but gig pricing raised costs. Now have a bad back and aching from sleeping in a bath for 90 quid and generally sore and tired. First time using Britainia should of gone with Travel lodge, IBis Brands or Premier Inn as nice front, but very dated and poor brand and rooms.

Excelent services. Staff very helpful and nice. Free disneyland shuttle bus, drop off airport and breakfast with afforable price. Thank you

Only stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester. Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments

Our overall experience wasn’t very satisfactory with this hotel. We got a non-window room, the staff members at the reception had no customer service skills as they wouldn’t help with minor inconveniences like providing coffee sachets except the member named Yasar. The room was very hot and only table fan was provided, no AC option. The specifications of the hotel do not meet as it says GYM, sauna, etc. I am an influencer and youtube vlogger, I have a detailed review about the hotel on my channel.

Our room was leaking water, the key of room stopped working, Worst of all they don't have housekeeping staff after 9pm!!!!!

Hotel was fine, room clean. Reading reviews after booking was really worried but all was OK. Travelled with young child. Had time show ID and child ID too. Lovely idea to put heater and fan in room to make more comfortable. Not sure if they upgraded us or not as got a better room than booked. All in all excellent location and value for money

Good, fast, and efficient check-in process, nice entrance and layout, friendly staff. Room felt worn, although clean, slept well

Very nice hotel and perfect for my one night in Manchester for a gig at the CO op live arena. Just a few minutes walk to the tram stop so easy access to the venue and as a solo traveller that is important to me. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Checking and check out was very smooth. The bar staff very friendly last night. Sadly there are renovations to the building next door and the work began at 7.58 this morning so I was woken with a start. This is not Sachas fault but it does impact the stay.

Room was dirty and the thermostat and toilet both not working, there were dead bugs in the bathroom, the room was dismal and filthy, when we asked a staff member to change rooms they were very rude and not helpful at all. Overall horrible hotel, horrible staff stay well away. Also looks a bit like an old people’s home mixed with a caravan from the seventies, the hallways stunk of Mary Jane, wouldn’t put my dog in that hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Brittania Sachas hotel. It was a difficult “find” but once there the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall is good ,the location and the size of the room is huge ,a bit old but still work .the sound blocking is not good but luckily my other residents are quiet

Great location but the hotel is a bit jaded...good security ...perfect for what we need after a show and too late to return to Leeds... I will use it again for basic needs x lovely indian girl at the reception x
