We called to ask for an early check in, but the hotel was not able to provide. Then we assured them that we will be on time at 3:00 pm and asked then to ensure the villa to be available at that time, for which the hotel confirmed that it will be. After arriving at the hotel at 3:20 pm, we were surprised that the villa was not ready and they are still cleaning the room. After multiple attempts to speed things up, they switched our villa with another one which their guests were already checked in. After arriving at the villa, we saw luggage of the other guests that checked in inside the room, Attached you will see the picture.

We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service overall was exceptional. The villa is amazing but could use some updates( we learned that half of the villas are undergoing renovations and will re-open with a more modern and luxurious feel) We had Arabian bbq dinner for two which was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a feast with wonderful service Definitely recommend for couples. It was definitely a getaway.

Resort is quite secluded away from any kind of nightlife, however, provides a different concept of luxury and privacy. Due to the resort undergoing extensive renovation for rebranding purposes, alot of the venues were not functional. Only one F&B outlet was available but we didn't use it.

The resort is under renovation, most of the resort is closed, however it should open the new renovated section by the beginning of 2023 according to the resort staff

During my recent stay at the Raffles Resort in Bahrain, I was impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. I felt truly seen and heard, which is not always the case these days. The resort boasts beautiful facilities. I especially appreciated learning about the resort's history and art, as well as Arabic history. I would be remiss if I did not thank all the wonderful staff members I met at the resort. I would like to call out Margaret, Jaffar, Credo, Aldayana, Solomon, Gracie, Liton, and Maureen. Although I didn't get everyone's names, I'm grateful for all of you as well. I truly felt at home and look forward to my next visit.

Was warmly greet and welcomed by the staff. Thereafter we were immediately met by Hope who invited up to the Y-Cone cafe for some delicious coffees and the most amazing signature desserts. A wonderful welcome with sweet lasting taste. Absolutely loved it and looking forward to out stay.

My husband and I got married 2 days ago and due to our work nature we weren’t able to plan for a honeymoon instead we decided before going back to our routine to book with Raffles Al Areen. The Hotel is stunning , the staff are genuinely amazing, the service is 10/10 and the biggest highlight of the stay was that my husband had arranged to have a surprise bbq at our villa. Mr. Ahad went out of his way to decorate such a beautiful table with roses and candles and the service that he provided was not only excellent but also his lovely manners and the big smile of his made our night even more unforgettable !!! The chef that cooked for us was just amazing and besides all the dishes he made , the Bahraini hammour was the best we’ve ever had !!! I have no more words to express the experience of this stay.
