Ulasan The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth

Perfect location in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. Great amenities including pool, jacuzzi and 24/7 fitness center and a good (but expensive) restaurant built in downstairs. Free self-parking. Great and friendly service. The room is gorgeous and has a spectacular view of the mountains. The main downside is that the place could be better kept/cleaned. Some stains all over the room from general usage, but when we saw stains on the sheets, that's unacceptable and should be replaced/cleaned before our arrival. Fortunately the service is very accommodating and they were able to get it replaced right away. Shower pressure is very weak and can be better. Same with toilet that has a weak flush.

They allow pets and we were forced to listen to a dog barking for over three and half hours nonstop at night next door because its owner went out for dinner. Eventually we requested to be moved to another room. We had to pack up everything and then unpack everything again. What a hassle!

Safe box is broken, shower towel not dirty but too old ( seems like used many years), fridge is very noisy especially during sleeping time

The room only has one big bed, it would be uncomfortable to bring two children, but everything else is good

I stayed in a room on the 7th floor. The smell of cooking smoke was a bit strong. Everything else was good. I recommend it.

The hotel room is very spacious. The sofa bed collapses in the middle and makes sleeping uncomfortable. But everything else is good. The kitchen is well-equipped and parking is very convenient. There are also many restaurant options around the hotel.

Very good location! Basically it’s all local Americans on vacation! It’s easy to drive to Yosemite

As a Westin, it is indeed a bit lacking

I booked the hotel by mistake, thinking it was very close to Yosemite Park, but it was actually very far. This town is actually a famous ski resort in California. The town is quiet and safe, and the surrounding area is Highway 359, the best route to enjoy autumn in California. The service in the hotel is very good and the girls at the front desk are kind and kind. What also surprised me was that the food in the hotel was great! Be it breakfast or dinner. The overall environment of the hotel is also better and cleaner. The only drawback is that the bed is a bit uncomfortable, everything else is great

Very nice hotel, with big rooms, free parking, and a very convenient location. There is a cable car next to it. It takes three minutes to drive to the center of the town. There is also a free shuttle bus

The room was very good, reasonable, and well-equipped. I put my clothes in the closet and found them when I went back three days later. They were very patient and friendly. Some of the best hotels I have stayed in in the United States!

This is my second stay. The autumn is gorgeous. It's not the skiing season. The price of the hotel is reasonable and the environment is very good. Two families choose a two-bedroom room and eat hot pot together. It's very nice. Go again next snow season.
