Staf di Kayana semuanya sangat sopan, sopan dan membantu. Setiap orang tidak pernah gagal untuk menyapa Anda ketika mereka melihat Anda. Layanan adalah tip top. Kolam kadang-kadang memiliki beberapa partikel debu / pasir dan serangga tetapi dekat dengan pantai jadi mungkin itu sebabnya. Lokasinya dekat dengan pelabuhan dan memiliki akses langsung ke pantai yang juga dapat diakses oleh umum. Bagus jika Anda berencana untuk bepergian ke Kepulauan Gili. Namun di luar vila tidak banyak, harus berkendara ke restoran terdekat dan tidak mudah untuk mendapatkan taksi. Kami memiliki sopir yang membawa kami kemana-mana. The Blues Restaurant di villa sudah cukup untuk kami - menyajikan makanan enak, sangat terjangkau juga dan menghadap ke pemandangan yang indah terutama saat matahari terbenam. Sarapan inklusif juga sepadan. Harus disebutkan bahwa vila ini sangat dekat dengan masjid dan azan dimulai sejak jam 5 pagi. Kami tidak keberatan sama sekali. Secara keseluruhan Kayana membuat kunjungan kami di Lombok luar biasa!

Hotel yang bagus, mendapat peningkatan gratis, dan sarapan yang sangat lezat

I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

The hotel is awesome. I really liked the private swimming pool in my villa, the outdoor shower and the bed. The breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had). Everything is clean and in good style. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the beach quality is not great.

Great hotel and service. Its a bit remote so theres not much around and the nearest civilization is Senggigi beach which is around 20 mins by car. The beach is shared with the boat guys who have made it dirty, so its not a great beach, but you get easy direct access to the Gili islands by speedboat. If you speak to the boatman directly its around 20% less than through the hotel.

We were greeted by a wonderful team. The place is serine and clean with huge bathroom. The bed is fantastically comfortable, this includes the extra bed that we have requested for triple sharing. We booked a Duplex with private swimming pool. Breakfast was served in-house or @restaurant. The restaurant is at the hilltop with a beautiful view which adds to the plus point staying here. Will surely return to this resort.

Super schöne Villen nur leider abseits von allem. Wenn ihr ihr was sehen wollt oder Aktivitäten vorhabt, braucht ihr definitiv ein Taxi oder Roller, zu Fuß erreicht man da nichts was nahe liegt. Wer nur seine Ruhe will und abschalten möchte, ist genau richtig!

環境很差，沙灘上全是垃圾和漁船，不推薦入住

We just spent 9 nights here. We are fortunate to be able to travel extensively and retirement makes it even easier. This was our first trip to Lombok. MUCH better than Bali. It has been described as Bali as it was 20 years ago. Little traffic, clean beaches and such friendly locals. Our stay here was fantastic. A pristine private beach is 1 minute minute from our villa, which overlooks the water. Some reasonable snorkelling in clear and clean water. Lovely The service was superb at all times - friendly and always helpful. We requested that the mini bar be moved downstairs. The response from staff was immediate. The food at the Kayana Beach restaurant (The Blues) was excellent. Some good Indonesian meals were a nice addition. Wine prices were most reasonable, with a good range. The views at the restaurant across the water are quite stunning at any time. At sunset, it is even more impressive. It is the rainy season and we were treated to some extraordinary views from the restaurant. And it was free!!! The pics below were taken 10 minutes apart. We are in the middle of the holy month of Ramadam. The melodic calling of Moslems to prayers at the local mosques simply added to the charm of our stay.
