Ulasan Hotel Málaga Nostrum Airport

Been numerous times. Room was clean, modern and very spacious. Lovely pool. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at malaga nostrum a all staff was very friendly and gave great service. I loved that there is restaurant on site and they have cook on breakfast time to prep anything a la carte. As far as location it's near the big shopping center. So it's convenient.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SMELLY ROOMS The smell in my room was unbearable. I could not even breathe. Seriously pay more for a better or other hotel this places is not worth the hassle. When asked to change rooms the receptionist and manager said there were no more rooms available. However, they were speaking in Spanish in front of me thinking I could not understand them and they were saying that they had rooms available but did not want to change my room. We were offered no compensation or anything. I contacted trip customer service and they told me that nobody was answering the telephone when they called. So they were ignoring phone calls because they knew it was trip asking for them to change my room. I cannot believe that a hotel would do this.

Near to the airport. The hotel is located in an industrial/warehouse area. There is nothing surrounding, except warehouse.

Staff were amazing. The insight restaurant offered a really good breakfast for just 6 euros The only challenge this facility has is the industrial location.

The widow shutters rattled all night keeping us awake. I heard another guest complaining. The shower leaked under the screen onto the floor. Only one set of towels put out The pool was closed for refurb. The hotel is in an urban setting with no gardens and nothing nice to walk to nearby.

The hotel, room, pool, breakfast, and underground parking were really great. The only knock here was the neighborhood, next-door *******, and distance to stores. But I'd stay in the hotel again without hesitation.

Great stay here, stay was very kind and helpful and room was lovely.

I stayed in the hotel for two days, and experienced both ups and downs. Up: good breakfast, but (down) had to wait 20 min for my on-order scrambled eggs with bacon. There was no ketchup or red souse. Up: nice room, but (down) the air conditioner had just one setting, cooling +21 oC full speed, take it or leave it. The bathroom had no hooks to hand clothes on, the shower had no door (thus water splashed on the floor), and there were no cups to put my toothbrush in. There was a fridge, but no cups or utensils. Up: swimming pool, but (down): it was only reachable by elevator, while the door to the stairs was locked. Isn't it against the safety rules? There was no towels in the pool area. The safe box in my room was locked; personnel said - ask again tomorrow. One ATM on the ground floor malfunctioned, another one at the entrance was switched off, and both vending machines in the lobby had a sign "out of order" (but otherwise seemed OK). I asked in the restaurant to see the menu - got a QR code that led nowhere. At the end of my stay I wondered whether anything in the hotel was working properly. Oh, and a cherry on the cake - when the internet page asked for my comments, I dutifully filled in the available space, clicked "submit" and received an error message. To finish on a positive note - the personnel did print out my boarding pass. Thank you!

Items in bathroom were broken and covered with a black bag and as I complained about it they decided to charge me €100 about 30 minutes after I left the hotel which I am claiming back from my bank.

Very good hotel for a night after a late flight, friendly staff, efficient, clean smart rooms and a good breakfast
