Positive side: There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there. TV functions well. Three mirrors including one in the bathroom. There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels. Got air conditioner n fan. Negative side: The room was quite small for triple. The double and single bed were combined together😔. The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️. Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them. No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

大家沒事別去這個酒店,有點可怕。 這件是早年間不知道哪國人開的,反正至少有機會100年歷史了,看起來特別特別舊,然後有氣味。

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one fully paid for in advance, and the other to be paid upon check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that the unpaid room was unavailable because they had sold it to walk-ins. Even worse, they couldn't find any record of the room I had already paid for. The receptionist was completely unempathetic and told me that they are running a business and I should understand that. I was essentially told to find other accommodation on the spot, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I was with my family. To make matters worse, it was a public holiday, and we couldn't find any other available hotels. This was a clear display of poor business ethics, and it ruined our plans and caused us significant inconvenience.

Hi im writing this behalf of my fiancée and her friend. Your receptionist name daus were so flirty and making a disturbance throughout their stay in the hotel. Even worse, Your receptionist daus called them through the room number and asking them to come over to another room and spend time with him. What kind of customer service is this? Disgusting and unacceptable behaviour. I am writing to you to ask for your help in rectifying the situation. I would appreciate it if you could resolve the issue as soon as possible.
