Great budget hotel for business or holiday trips. Excellent customer service and satisfying stay. Room was tidy, specious and comfy, unique decor with a lovely balcony. ▶️ Mini fridge, electric kettle provided. ▶️ FREE parking available. ⛔ NO water dispenser provided.

Affordable, good location n near to city centre. Ok if u need a short stay

Everything in this hotel needs to overhaul! Tower's are super worn-out, water pressure too weak, weird smell at the lobby, never tidy up our room & the toiletry very limited 😑 Rating 1/5 star

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly positive experience. For me that choose quadruple room type , this room are spacious, well maintained, equipped with amenities. It also comes with two comfortable queen bed which favors for families or 4 pax. The room also had a smart TV, mini chiller, and air conditioning, making stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Plus, the staff service also exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and fast respond. Overall, I highly recommend Arenaa Deluxe Hotel for anyone visiting Malacca.

Our room was the last one in the floor. Corner room. Spacious and clean.

Location is good as it is in the town area.

Room is clean, service good. Only parking area are less, need to park beside main road which a bit dangerous for kids.

Location not near to city but comfort to stay. Hotel is near to Portuguese village which is good attraction there. U can go to jetty to chill and seafood restaurant. Halal food also have.

A really good place to stay with a good price. We managed to get the even last minute booking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Forget to take pictures before entering. Alamak. Yet good stay. Thank you

The stay was good ..room was clean n service was good. The only problem is the limited parking at hotel itself....for 6 cars only n if full, you have to make a big turn and park opposite the hotel n Cross the busy road to the hotel. Also there are only one eatery found within walking distance which close at 6pm. Otherwise stay is OK.

Very cheap price hotel during peak weekend (Melaka international marathon). Location outskirt. Walking distance got nothing interesting. But is worth the price. Limited parking spaces at the front of the hotel. If not need to park further away opposite the road.

Few time staying in this hotel. All is ok Deposit rm50 is required want you check in the hotel.

The bed is so comfortable and soft. Just the aircond a bit noise but still acceptable

Book for my mum short time staying. She enjoys so much. There has many stall and restaurant nearby. Cleanliness should be improve, but what do u expect from that price, overal its so nice
