Ulasan Ai Smart Hotel @ Jonker

Lokasi hotelnya sempurna dan berada di Jonker Street. Dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki dan terhindar dari kemacetan. Kamarnya bersih dan cukup besar untuk pasangan. Banyak restoran di dekatnya dan mudah dijangkau.

Lokasi ideal terletak di ujung jalan pasar malam Jonker. Kamar bersih, rapi, dan tertata. Ada juga air panas, tidak yakin mengapa 'tidak ada air panas' disebutkan saat saya memesan. Pengering rambut, botol air mineral, handuk, dan sampo disediakan. Tempat menginap yang bagus bagi wisatawan.

TV tidak berfungsi, kamar sangat kecil. Jendela kecil yang terletak hampir di langit-langit (tidak dapat dijangkau). Toilet kotor, penuh rambut. Tidak ada perlengkapan mandi. Tidak ada tempat parkir mobil pribadi. Satu-satunya hal yang bagus dari hotel ini adalah lokasinya yang berada di pusat Jonker Walk.

Lokasinya bagus, tapi kebersihannya perlu ditingkatkan, terutama sprei, sabun mandi dan samponya juga terlalu terbatas.

Area in prime location at Jonker Street very good location as when you stepped out of hotel immediately you are on the street of one of most famous streets in Melacca. FRIDAYS AND WEEKENDS there will also be night market set up so imagine being able to visit a buzzing night market just directly outside of your hotel. Thats good however everything else about hotlel is disappointing with poor amenities as me and my family had to endure 2 nights of faulty air conditions before switching to another room on our last night here. There were also other facilities that were defective that were put up on notice by the hotel such as the tv. Imagine a hotel room with Tv but with atenna that dont work? For the hotel room itself, it was shocking that the toilet do not have proper hanger for a simple toilet paper. Where should I hang it? Or just allow it to get wet?? There is also no daily housekeeping by the hotel. We have to request for new towel, new toilet paper and body wash. These items arent replenished daily like you would expect from most hotels. Not only that every day, your hotel card might not work and you have to approach the hotel staff to unlock the card to work. The hotel room have a slot for the hotel cards to kick in electricity supply to the room, yet it is redundant as with or without the card inserted, it makes no difference as electricity will still be there. These are disappointing. But for the price point and the location, if you do not mind a 2 to at best 3 star hotel then this is worth it. If you want comfort with good location then this is clearly not the one.

No wifi No proper housekeeping The hotel never updated were they closing down due to no visitors when we were planning to extend a day

Surrounding area is very clean, quietly,just right in front of Jonker Street .😇✌️✌️✌️😇. Parking is convineance, just behind the AI hotel.
