Dear Sir/madam, Your check-in and check-out procedures are cumbersome and complicated, while other hotels / Airbnb do not have so many procedures. It is troublesome to make the guests dissatisfied. It is recommended to provide some 3 in 1 drinks and mineral water, tissue . The towels feel a bit dirty and old, and have a smell. The pillows are too thin and it is very uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom toiletry can be improved. I hope it can be improved. Thank you

Bilik cantik and bersih..view cantik.. location ok..service pun ok and senang dealing with them..they explained every details clearly..but I think they need to add another vanity mirror inside the room.. because for me, not convenient to make up inside the bathroom.. overall, we're enjoyed our stay here and will come again ✌️😊
