Lokasinya bagus. Sangat dekat dengan Ka'bah. Hotelnya sudah tua, minusnya besar letaknya di atas bukit, perlu usaha untuk mendaki atau menunggu antar jemput

Hotel yang sangat buruk. Seharusnya tidak berada di MECCA. Wen memeriksa miring untuk mengulas hotel 10/10 Itu sebabnya kebingungan terjadi. Resepsionis mencoba menipu Anda jika mencari taksi/…. Sangat mengecewakan tetapi di sebelah tempat holly Anda hanya tersenyum.

Great service. No fuss on extended check out. Slope before hotel but no issues as such.

Hotel is near haram.Rooms are a bit small but ok as location is very near Google map dnt show exact location when coming from Jeddah so better to locate marakerm hotel Ajyad There is ramp which can b difficult for elderly people Overall great service specially Mr Samir and Hadi

Pelayanan prima dan staf sangat ramah dan membantu terutama Samir! Hotel ini dekat dengan Masjidil Haram dan terletak di atas bukit dengan pemandangan menara jam. Stafnya sangat baik dan fasilitasnya bagus. Sarapan dan makan malamnya menyenangkan dan seluruh pengalamannya sangat bagus!

Tinggal selama seminggu. Menyukainya. staf sangat ramah. sarapan yang enak. Izinkan saya untuk membiarkan check out. Hotel ini terletak sedikit di atas bukit tetapi 4-5 menit berjalan kaki dari Al-Haram. Hadi sangat brilian dan suportif, mengatur taksi untuk kami dari Makkah ke Jeddah dengan tarif yang sangat bagus.

Hotel is beautiful but a bit cramped, room small ok but bathroom was really cramped, too small to use, shower soaked everything.

This is a tough review. I stayed and only used this hotel and to leave my stuff. It was a very last minute booking. I went for location and value. Checkin was good Hadi was very good. Room nice and clean a bit dated but not good for a short stay. Hadi and another manager was very helpful but one “asst manager” I think it was either Fahad (pic added) or Abdulaziz. They were Pathetic and unprofessional!!! They shouldn’t even work in hospitality. In terms of the room it was good Location was ok. A fews minutes walk Cost was good value. I didn’t have breakfast. So tough one to rate. I would like to have given 5 stars but Fahad really failed nearly made me miss my flight. So cos of Fahad unprofessional and lack of support im dropping this to a 3 star. Staff need to be more professional. Respectfully if you are looking for a professional run place this isn’t it, it’s a nice quick stop place with a little fuss. Only reason I can recommend is cost and location. Hence a mid hotel. They did give me late check out so will give 3 star as that did help me.

A very nice hotel with its amazing staff would definitely comeback and recommend to others , Front Desk staff Hadi is the best and most amazing person there ! Good service and also it’s very near to Al Haram , very recommended for other people to come

We went as a family, we had to get another hotel because the toilet condition is apalling. My advice is, its okay for singles travelling for umrah. But not good at all for families even though the staff are very friendly.

Location is not Good, you have climb but that is not the main reason, cleanliness of toilets, bedrooms is not up to standard, there is a constant noise of compressors or generators on roof which keeps you up at night because of noise. Toilets need renovations. Breakfast needs improvement. In toilets lack of toiletries, no iron in room no water bottles etc.

We stayed in the hotel without much troubles. Support staff were helpful in general but some Arab management people were not friendly, language barrier was a significant issue. A few things that hotel authority can look into: the reception area is very tight. Entry area could be improved. The room air conditioner unit doesn’t have thermostat control system, therefore rooms become very cold. I informed the desk but the technician informed that they didn’t have system to control the temperature! Room cleaning service is available upon request, I requested a cleaning once in seven days, an Arab management guy took note but he never ensured cleaning! The hotel is 10-minute walk from the Haram, that is the best part of our stay. One can have meals inside the hotel. Room rent is at little higher end in comparison to overall facilities. But overall it was ok to stay in the hotel.

If anyone is planning to visit Mecca, I highly recommend this Hotel, very close to Al Harama about 10 min walk, my experience was really great, the hotel was great but the staff was JUST PERFECT: Hade and Samir were very nice, professional, and generous I felt I have family there they helped me with everything and gave good suggestions. Thank you again for your professional service.
