Keunggulan utama Arzo Premier Hotel adalah kedekatannya dengan bandara dan kamar yang luas, yang konsisten selama dua kali saya menginap. Pada kunjungan pertama saya, kamarnya sangat bersih, rapi, dan segar. Namun, pada kunjungan saya yang kedua, saya melihat ada beberapa penurunan dalam kebersihan. Seprainya tampak tidak segar dan bantalnya sedikit berbau busuk, menandakan mungkin belum diganti. Kamar mandinya juga tidak memiliki air hangat, namun hal ini tidak terlalu menjadi masalah mengingat iklim Manila yang panas dan lembap. Meskipun kebersihannya menurun akhir-akhir ini, daya tarik utama hotel ini adalah kamar-kamarnya yang besar dan nyaman di dekat bandara tetap menjadi nilai tambah yang besar. Untuk lebih meningkatkannya, saya menyarankan agar hotel memfokuskan kembali upayanya dalam menjaga kebersihan kamar, terutama seprai dan bantal, karena ini tampaknya menjadi keunggulan inti yang awalnya membuat saya tertarik untuk menginap di sini. Dengan perhatian ekstra dalam menjaga kebersihan kamar, Arzo Premier Hotel dapat terus menjadi pilihan terbaik di dekat bandara.

Saya setuju dengan kamarnya karena luas dan nyaman. Aku hanya tidak menyukainya. bau bantal seperti belum diganti lalu pintunya, saya agak ragu untuk meninggalkannya atau langsung tidur karena tidak yakin akan terbuka atau tidak di luar. masih harus ada kunci ganda di dalamnya. Kamarnya bagus banget karena serasa di kondominium lalu luas banget.

Bersih dan sederhana, memiliki lift, tidak jauh dari bandara T2..dengan kopi dan air,..dekat dengan jolibee...tidak terlalu mahal

Ini adalah pemesanan darurat larut malam karena kami benar-benar lelah dan tidak dapat pulang ke rumah. Arzo punya banyak harga yang sangat murah dan saya mengambilnya tanpa berharap terlalu banyak, tetapi ketika kami tiba, keamanan dan penjaga mengakomodasi secepatnya sehingga kami dapat check-in dengan cepat dan beristirahat. Ruangan ini dirancang dengan cara yang sangat halus dan berkelas. Kamar mandinya bagus karena ketersediaan pemanas. Ruangan itu luas dan kami bersenang-senang.

Hotel yang bagus, bernilai uang, dan sangat bersih dan modern. Letaknya di sepanjang sisi jalan yang gelap yang mungkin menakutkan bagi sebagian orang. Proses checkin memakan waktu lama karena kami harus turun ke jalan dan mengambil uang tunai dari atm untuk deposit kamar. Alangkah baiknya jika deposit kamar diambil dengan kartu saja.

The place is clean and easy to locate. Attendants were helpful and kind. I would love to stay here next time!

The hotel's staff are notably helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience with their attentive and friendly service. While the hotel may not feature high-end luxury, the amenities offered are well-suited to its price range, providing a balanced and satisfactory stay. Though Arzo Hotel Premier is not located in the heart of the city, it is conveniently situated near Magallanes MRT station, offering easy access to transportation. The surrounding area is not a prime location, but it remains safe and there are accessible food places nearby. This combination of factors makes it a practical choice for travelers who prioritize spacious accommodations and helpful service without needing to be in the city's center.

Hotel is clean and nice, worth it.

Hotel was nice and clean. First hotel in Philippines. A fridge in room would be nice but apart from that all okay. Basic room but good for the price would stay again

Room was renovated recently so it’s new and pleasant. Bright shower room. Check-in time is 2pm so we walked nearby to eat local foods. Took a while for them to check us in. Deposit 1,500 Peso. Large room with 5 switches for lights and a table lamp. I love bright room. Some staff are normal. Some are very energetic with smiles. Front door has safety protection shutter made from steel which indicates that this zone might be not too safe. We arrived by MRT to Magallanes Station and walked through a large area under the highway junction. We visited 2 shopping malls near this station too. Could smoke on 8th floor but they closed before 8pm and didn’t open on Sunday. Can see the local daily lives here. Room rate is good. Wi-Fi didn’t work at the table so I had to sit near the door. 5 receptacles to charge the phone but not one near the beds. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Never will I recommend. Although its budget friendly, the service is very poor. Front desk didn't do anything. I called them multiple times even write them to give notice on early check in they dont response. I arrived 9morning and willing to pay additional for checking in, the previous guests left at almost 10am but never have the room ready until 2pm. Place is incovenient.

Convenient hotel located not so far from NAIA Airport. Just a few blocks from Evangelista street. paid just 20USD all in for a room for 2 people and a baby. It was clean and tidy. Free WiFi provided. Rooms were larger than what you usually expect for this price range. There's a lift so it's ok if you have lots of luggages, although there's a few steep stairs to access the main entrance from the street. 1500php are requested as a deposit.
