Ulasan Holiday Inn & Suites Makati, an IHG Hotel

The hotel room is accessible to almost everything. May malapit na malls and korean store which my son loves.

It's our 2nd time here because this place is very near to malls. The hotel is connected to G4. There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, it's because we miss drinking their draft beer. Unfortunately, it was unavailable so we tried something else. The deep fried chicken was a bit expensive to its taste. It's very salty. It did not meet our expectation for 650 pesos. On a brighter side, the staff were helpful and friendly. They always greet you even when you're just passing by.

The service was very awesome and excellent, all the hotel guest being treated nicely. Feel warm seeing the hotel staff always smiling and greeting the hotel guest.

Dirty hotel very depressing club lounge this hotel needs closing down and a full revamp its the worst holiday inn i have ever stayed in and if you are old or disable its not possible to shower as you have to climb into a bath which is high and dangerous the carpets in the bedroom are filthy as i say this hotel needs closing down .

The hotel rooms are great and the staff is really efficient and kind. The breakfast is tasty with a lot of choice even when crowded. The swimming pool is nice.

bed was very comfortable, breakfast spread was excellent, cr ventilation needs to be repaired, and of course service and location is the best as always

A very nicely located hotel at the heart of Makati and Greenbelt shopping area. Lotsa shops and restaurants around so not to worry. 2nd stay here, service of staffs were awesome. Just that the room are a little dark and cleaning of the sink can be improved.

Hotel location is very convenient. Service is good and breakfast is alao superb. Will definitely come back for another staycation.

Everyone was warm, accommodating - staff were helpful, courteous. Special mention to the front desk, bell boys and security guards for being the most helpful staff. Room was nice, spacious, clean and well-ventilated. Definitely will come again.

The check-in experience is smooth and fast. The front desk and porter staff are great. Great location if you want to explore the food at the malls around Makati. Everything's great, except the housekeeping staff named Karl. He managed to annoy us, ringing us every morning and asking what time exactly we were going to vacate our room. Asking us every time if he can collect our dirty laundry, forgetting to mention to us that there's an extra charge for the laundry service. We have to mind our vacation schedule to fit Karl's. But on the positive side, I admire the hotel for hiring persons with disability. Karl's Asperger's behavior is fascinating and annoying at the same time. I hope all hotels will have an open mind in hiring more staff like him, and a reminder to me as a guest to be more patient and considerate towards PWDs like Karl.

Compared to new world hotel makati. Swimming pool, sauna quality is terrible. Sauna is not operating you have to turn it on while it is just small. Swimming pool is tiny and not clean. The room looks like 2-3.5 stars hotel not 4-5 stars hotel. Only the good thing about this hotel is it is located inside sm and Glorietta shopping mall. But the room and amenities quality is far less compared to new world hotel, dusit Thani or makati diamond hotel which are priced at same level.

Convenient location, good breakfast and clean room..only problem is too long waiting time on elevators, only two are operational during our stay.
