Ulasan mySTAY Hotel BGC South

We had an amazing 1-night stay. The toilet however had a urine smell during our check-in which persisted until our check-out despite the seemed-newly-cleaned room we saw. We don't know where it came from. I hope the housekeeping figures out where the bad smell is coming from!

We are content with the room that has been given to us and during our stay this time, the staff have been very helpful and consistently wear a pleasant expression.

The room was very clean and left a good impression. However, they only provided water once during my four-day stay. Also, when I asked to leave my luggage at the hotel when I checked out, they said it would cost extra. I was a little surprised because I've never experienced anything like that in any other hotel I've stayed at before.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes by car from Manila Airport (if there is no traffic jam), and it is also convenient because you can go to Mitsukoshi in BGC by motorbike. It is next to Jollibee, which is open 24 hours a day, so you can eat there if you get hungry. The facilities are all basic, so I am satisfied. There was body soap and shampoo, but amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided. The water pressure in the shower was fine, and the air conditioning worked well, so I was able to sleep peacefully. The WIFI speed was also stable.

The price is great. I don’t like air conditioners. I like to open windows, so I think it’s very suitable for me.

I booked a hotel with this name, thinking it was in BGC, but in the end I found out it wasn't in BGC at all. What's bad is that there are all these little messy little houses at the door. I'm afraid to walk in when I'm looking for a hotel at night.

From my experience, mySTAY BGC South was a solid choice. I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms; the beds were comfy, and the AC worked great, which is always a plus. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Plus, the location was super convenient, being close to BGC and Makati, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. And honestly, the price was really affordable, making it a great option for my budget.

Highly recommended for an affordable stay near BGC. Friendly staff and accommodating. There’s a WiFi connection the entire building. Easy access to convenience stores and there’s fast food resto also near the vicinity. All in experience it was great!

The receptionist, Grace, was excellent oh her job, especially giving instructions and every information. On the other hand, the room is cozy. I really appreciate how they maximize the space. However, you would hear the other room and outside.

My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Really rested well after all that walking and partying in BGC. Great quality for a budget hotel. Also, really great staff, especially Jerricka and Ian, I’ll commend them on their service. PS. Free Gym!
