place filthy .2 star max advertising as 4 star ..food disgusting .no selection off drinks or food .room needs a total refurb ..dirty towels smelly carpets .staff very rude and just didn't care avoid at all costs you should be paying people to stay in that dump ...

The safe guard in the vicinity is very rude and shouts at everyone without a valid reason trying to show off that everything is under his control and I would not recommend anyone to come here even if it’s cheap your better off booking your holiday somewhere else

Had amazing holiday really good fun entertainment muki nova Tanya brilliant fun for every one private beach with hotel food good Marcus very helpful and Turkish bath and massage recommend its a traditional family owned hotel very clean and comfortable staff helpful polite and fun will go 100% to help you will come back next year

We have had a amazing time the hotel is traditional and from the moment you arrive they go out of way to help you and make you comfortable.entertainment amazing for kids and adults lots of games muki nova and Tanya really good we have made lots of friends here and regardless of race or nation here there is none just fun the shop in hotel really good you can trust them all staff helpful and friendly and even owners socialise with guests will be back next year oh and don’t forget to have Turkish massage the best I have ever had Marcus will greet you and his English good and helpful so come and have fun😀❤️🎉

Beginning of the sea season in the Alanya area, good accommodation, good food, two swimming pools, internet at the reception included, which works well. The beach area is a bit unpleasant with stones, it's a bit difficult to swim in the hotel area, you have to go sideways. The bar on the beach serves coffee and juices and a late breakfast at 11 o'clock. Sunbeds included. Good to put on the accommodation list, excellent price for the beginning of the season.

A great stay on our recent 7 night break- cannot fault the hotel/ amenities and the food selection for the price. A varied selection of buffet food for breakfast/ lunch and dinner ( a special thanks to the omelette maker at breakfast!) The stay was made even better by the fantastic staff whom all deserve a recommendation.

We stayed here for a week in 2023 and can honestly say the hotel itself and the staff did an amazing job and kept us feeling welcome throughout our stay. Everybody was very friendly and the staff all worked very hard. The owner and his wife were also very friendly and they always took time to ask us how we were doing which was really nice of them. The hotel is spread among three buildings and it has a private tunnel going to the beach where there is also a bar and sunbeds. There was a wide variety of delicious food made by the expert chefs. The restaurant area was immaculately clean and the staff were always going out of their way to ensure each customer was satisfied. The area itself was also occupied with lots of businesses and things to do. In Turkey just be careful when you are shopping if the price is not written ,they may try to charge you an extortionate amount for something so always ask beforehand and know what the exchange rate is. Never once during our stay in Turkey did we see any argument or trouble of any kind as you would expect in England regularly on a night out. The weather was beautiful every single day this being in may around 20 to 24 degrees daily, except once when it rained. There are palm trees everywhere and tropical plants. Well worth a visit.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days and by day 3 we were already trying to book flights home! Absolutely shambolic. The trip was initially only booked for a week and we added extra nights before we went away, as it was our honeymoon and we wanted to make the most of our time together! What a mistake to make!. Arrived 5am local time ( after a 3 and a half hour transfer from Antalya airport) and got checked in. As we had our 2 year old with us, we were told we would have a family room, we were up on the 5th floor ( thankfully there was a lift ) and the room was tiny. Double bed and a single crammed in to the space, I’m sure my kitchen at home is more roomy and even that’s not big! Balcony totally unsafe for a toddler as the gaps in the railing were so big, not that she was ever out there alone, but still a concern. Shoddy bathroom, holes in the bed linen, and no kettle in the room. The food was awful, we ate out every single night, which is the last thing you expect to have to do on an AI holiday. Nothing was marked up, so it really was pot luck as to what you were eating!. Breakfast and lunch was just about edible, but the 3 of us had terrible upset stomach for most of the trip. Main pool too deep to stand even in the ‘shallow end’, kids pool didn’t even have water in!. Second pool did have a children’s area but it was very poorly maintained. There was only us and 3 other brits, rest were Russians and Germans, and staff were far more accommodating to them. One evening I had several men push in front of me at the bar and no one batted an eyelid, the staff were very rude to me and my partner ( with the exception of 3/4 members ). Drinks were rubbish, only had vodka , gin, and raki on the AI, no other spirits available at all. There was 3 bars on site and only 1 open ( with the exception of 1 afternoon when it rained so the indoor bar was opened for about 3 hours ) Small shop on the complex but very overpriced compared to shops nearby. Poor accessibility for prams, all the ramps were so steep, the one down to the beach bar had a locked gate at the bottom that never got opened. A week in and we had a receptionist come up to the room hammering on the door asking us to pay a late checkout fee, turns out they’d lost our paperwork for the extra 3 nights! We managed to resolve the issue but the man was very abrupt and rude to me!. On our second to last day we noticed a big commotion down by the pool, turns out the railings on the stairs down to the pool area had come off in a man’s hand, and he fell, nocking himself out and injuring his head badly. Only plus to the holiday was my husband had a spa treatment ( paid extra ) and he said it was wonderful and the spa staff were very nice. When we tried to get our transfer info for our return home, the hotel couldn’t find it at all, so we ended up having to contact the company ourselves for this info which I’ve never had to do in a holiday. You couldn’t PAY me to come back to this place, my advice is AVOID at

My family and I had great time in this hotel. Fantastic location! Great beach bar, lot of food and drinks. Food was excellent, various every day. Helpful and nice people who work there! We would come again!
