Best Mahabaleshwar Hotels

The property was too good.. Staff were polite .. The only thing what went wrong is miscommunication between the staff members .. Even after repeated request to allot us the room on the higher floor & to decorate the room as it was our first wedding anniversary they did not have the request in their system .. It’s a 5 star hotel & this is not what we are paying for .. The person at the reception who did my check in asked me the names of the person whom I have spoken to about my request.. I remembered the names so it was easy for me .. but what if I had forgotten the names .. ? they would have told me that it’s my fault .. But I had recording in my cell phone about the conversation I had with the staff & I also shared the names (Ronak - the person whom I spoke to about my request) & (Savita - who had assured me the request will be taken care of ) In the end they made me compromise with my room .. They allotted me the room on the first floor (higher floor) but they did not give me the room with the kind bed for what I had paid for .. They gave me the room with the twin bed .. I had no option but to compromise as I did not want to waste my time in check in & enjoy the day at the property.. I will rate the property 5 star but the service & ***agement of the staff as 3 star ..

Very close to down town shopping area . Food is served from outside.

The experience at pratap heritage was good. But we noticed the below drawback - no lift, parking was on the roadside, some basic amenities like complementary water and toiletries were not upto the hotel standards as presented in mmt app, services like hot water for bathing are not available 24 hours because of solar geysers.

Here’s a more personalized version of the feedback: the room was, comfortable. However, i found the common areas a bit congested, which took away from the relaxing ambiance i was hoping for. Unfortunately, the food was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The quality and taste fell well below expectations, which impacted my overall experience. I believe hotel has great potential, and i hope you will address these areas for improvement. Thank you for your time and for considering my feedback

Hotel is good, it has pool to accommodate 3-4 people. View from rooms (if you get corner ones) are great. Other than that, poor service, food taste is either under cooked or filled with spices. Roti/chapati will be severed cold always. Rooms and stairs will have water dropping in raining seasons. So family with small kids should be careful. Other than that hotel is in-between panchagali and mahabaleshwar market so good for people who loves quite stay but overall its wasn't great but normal stay. If hotel improves their services and fixes the water sipage and leakage then it's 4. 5 out 5.
