Hotel is good there location is nearby to market but make my trip cost is high because hotel charging same package in lower cost

Property is good for its outdoor amenities and the hotel staff is also very helpful as they gave us early check in by 7:30 am. However, the room was not up to the mark of charging 4. 8k. Lights were dim and only yellow, door mat was dirty and was not changed, no bathroom slippers were provided and ac remote was not working at all. Won't suggest for couples who need good in-room amenities.

Property is very small and old. Tiny parking place, no much photo places. Rooms are okay, as the property is old room interiors looks old school. Amenities like club house feels like adjusted just to add tick on the box. Food is okay no much breakfast menu options. Checkout timings are pretty odd 9 am and they keep calling you unless you give up. However, place is quiet, feels you are staying deep in forest, feels cozy and relaxing, no mobile network hence no distraction,

Amazing food, amazing service! Great fun with the indoor activities available there... all round the clock service even for the sick and injured (trust me there were a few in our group)... 100/10 would recommend to stay with friends, family or even solo! 👍🏻

Nice resort. Spacious rooms, polite staff. View from the room is excellent. Food was also good. Complementary breakfast has many varieties.

Don't know where to begin. The whole experience from start to end was Fantastic. If you want enjoy personalised customer service then this is the place to stay in mahabaleshwar. Special shout out to the captain Nitin and the restaurant chefs who tried to cater my family palate with the most delicious dishes. I have 3 yr old twins and my family tries to avoid spicy food due to gastric issues..the restaurant team catered to all our whims with smile and grace. The special evening entertainment arranged by the hotel in the form of a puppet show, magic show, jugglers show and DJ night was super fun for the kids. All in all a memorable stay. We left the place with a promise to come back here after 5 years
