Attentive and friendly staff in the hotel. Standard equipped rooms, matrass could be improved and the TV has only about 8 channels, so it can be difficult to watch a movie. But the breakfast buffet has a good variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel has its own secure parking, so it won't be necessary to park on the street.

Hotel simples, sem frescura. Pode melhorar nas instalações, quarto com cheiro, cortinas com pó, janelas velhas, sem serviço de quarto, serviço de banho muito simples. Pode melhorar muito. O atendimento da recepção foi o melhor serviço, pessoas atenciosas.

As pessoas super atenciosas, porem minha viagem era a negócios e faltou água logo de manhã e tive de pagar pela água mineral que eu tive usar para escovar os dentes.
No Cafè da manhã, acabou o café.
Os funcionários até podem ter boa vontade mas a gestão precisa melhorar muuuuito.

Hotel antigo, mas que aparentemente está passando por reforma e melhorias. Quartos mais modernos e bem aconchegantes, com ar condicionado e frigobar. Banheiro super limpo e bonito. Atendimento bom na recepção. O hotel tem estacionamento com manobrista e também possui um restaurante com serviço de quarto. Estávamos de passagem por Mafra e ficamos uma noite no hotel que nos atendeu muito bem.

O hotel é muito bom e o atendimento é impecável. O ponto negativo desta vez ficou por conta do quarto e do banheiro que nao estava limpo (cheio de pelos ao lado da pia) e a fronha do travesseiro com manchas de batom.
No mais sempre tenho boas experiencias neste hotel, apontei o ocorrido à equipe do hotel que prontamente resolveu o problema. Acredito ter sido um episódio isolado e vou continuar frequentando.

Localização boa. O apartamento que me ofereceram como luxo, tinha um box de banheiro estreito, que mal se conseguia entrar. Imaginem o apartamento convencional.
