I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

Decent hotel. Staffs are friendly. Look for manager Mr Rajaram. He is one of the best and friendly manager there. Can stay with family.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

The hotel environment is very good, there are peacocks to see. It's just that there is a problem with management. After I swiped my credit card, it was stolen.

Белье чистое, в номере все есть, душевая на индийский манер (тропический душ, без шланга). Фото в Гугл картах соответствуют действительности. Завтрак на местный манер, но живот не болел, посуда чистая. Рядом есть отель со столовой, где можно заказать неострые блюда. Учитывая, что Мадурай совсем нетуристическое место, можно посоветовать отель для спокойного и безопасного проживания.
