best hotel in town with very ambitioned employees and a very customerminded Managemwnt. I recommend this hotel as number 1 in Mandurai and would prefer it against all others. It is like a beautiful island in the less charming area of Madurai.

The hotel is newly built, with all new gadgets. The staff are customer focused and the food is amazing. We were treated like guests. Would recommend and love to go back given an opportunity. The icing on the cake was the view of the famous Meenakshi temple from our room.

Immaculately clean, rooms were very spacious and very well designed. Staff was extremely courteous and ready to help whenever asked. Our stay at the hotel was one of the best experiences we've had in a very long time. Highly recommend the stay here.

A gorgeous hotel. Where it's newly built, everything is spotless. The bathroom is excellent. Everything super clean. Food in restaurant lovely. Staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a stay here. It was a dry night when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to try the bar.

Enjoyed staying overnight. Hotel staff is very courteous and caring. Bazaar restaurant serves excellent food and serving guys are excellent. Special mention of Yemti, she takes a lot of interest for guest comfort. Like to visit again. Big thank you to Team Hotel Grand Madurai GRT.
