Hotel Park Plaza

Booked an executive room. Room was spacious, but the air-con didn't work properly. Room temperature never went below 26* even though we adjusted it. We had sleepless night.

hot water is not coming and several times repeated but no response and also receptionist is not responsible.

Room is good. No sufficient parking space. Arrogant reception staff, treating customers like beggars

It was a 1-day stay. The hotel seems to be an old property but the room was spacious enough and seems recently renovated. Located very close to the railway station and periyar bus stand and also to meenakshi amman temple. It is located on the main street with many restaurants nearby. The only point of issue was that the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant and were asked to eat outside or order through swiggy. But still they charged us for the cutlery item and that too 40 for a paper plate and plastic spoons, which i felt was too much. They should inform the guests that cutlery would be charged beforehand.

Although the property is old, but it is very well maintained, all the hotel staff were well behaved and cooperative. It is best option if someone is planning to visit meenakshi temple. Although the hotel doesn’t have kid centric facilities but its a worth staying for day or two. -saftey 4/5 -room size 4/5 -room amenities 3. 5/5 (electric kettle not avialable- rest everything is their) -meenakshi temple- walking distance they do not have restaurant but deliver food 24 hrs inroom

Stay was good and a pleasant experience. Room was neat and clean. Recommend this hotel for staying madurai. It's very near to railway station and meenakshi amman temple.

Air condition is not good so much of facility like morning free breakfast are not available. Restaurant is not there inside the hotel. Hotel bathroom water supplies, door lock are not maintained properly

This place is good for drunkards or bachelors. Pictures shared may be valid at-least a decade ago. Room stinks, washroom conditions are horrible. Bed board and chairs are literally dirty.

The stay at park plaza was good. Snacks was excellent. Staff was cooperative and humble. Allowed us to keep our luggage even after checkout. Thanks
