Hostal Lisboa

整體一般。酒店在太陽門廣場附近，有門禁，按鈴或者刷卡進入，感覺安全性還好。一樓明亮温馨，第一印象還不錯，接待員年紀比較大，態度一般。進了房間看看設施和衞生都是一般般，好像是民房改建。電梯挺好玩的，按了本樓的鍵，它會慢慢上升或者下降到這一層，然後要迅速拉開電梯門，不然它就走了。第一次坐這種電梯，剛開始沒看到，拎着箱子爬了兩層樓。

Iron and blow dryer is available by request. No Coffee and water. So don’t expect, but the mini mart are available near by. The best in this place you are surrounded with bar, cafe , restaurant and more. Also if you like to shop in a luxury it’s only less than 20 mins walk. Breakfast just go La Rollel cause it’s cheaper. Train station is 10 mins drive via uber and reasonable price. The bathroom door no privacy/ it’s see thru. Great for family. Elevator can only used maximum 3. Housekeeping need a sign for cleaning/ do not disturb. The only can speak great english is the guy at the day time. So make sure you have google translate. The best are you can store your luggage. 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There towels need to retired, just the white color seems need to get a new one. Still can used and clean if you need to attract a customer. this need to have it. White towels

Friendly staff and clean. Is situated in downtown so good to visit museums/el retiro, etc.. Something would be good to have is coffee for when you need to wake up early. I would recommend this hotel for quick stays when you need a place to stay in Madrid.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was very neat the central shopping district and the central sightseeing district. However, there was a leak from the sink and it dripped on the floor. First they argued that because I didn't put the sink plug in, it leaked (makes no sense, why would I want to fill up the sink?). Then they said because it was Sunday, someone would come fix it tomorrow. In the meantime, they put plumber's sealing tape around the outside of the pipe (did nothing because the correct application is on the inside of the joint) and put a bucket underneath to catch the water. First of all, it's not acceptable to have to wait for this to be fixed and secondly, no one came on Monday or Tuesday to fix it and we left on Wednesday morning. Horrible service. When they came on Sunday to put the useless plumber's tape on, they put the wastebasket underneath to catch dripping water. They did not supply us another wastebasket to put actual waste in, so we had to improvise our own with shopping bags. This is not acceptable. They wet mop the floors... sometimes. Only Sunday and Monday, not Tuesday. They don't vacuum though because even after the wet mop, I still saw dirt on the floor. Also, the shower had mold on it where the teeny tiny shelf that couldn't hold all bath items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash) meets the wall. The walls were very thin and our neighbors were a family with two children who screamed. It was like living in a bad apartment with noisy neighbors. The beds were rock hard - I had to sleep on the top comforter (I used it as a mattress topper) and used an extra comforter as a blanket. I was between Hotel (Hostal) Lisboa and Roommate Mario. I don't know if that would be any better, but I can tell you that this is not the place you want to stay.

Rooms are simple and quite small (we were 3 people in a room for 4... and still it was small for us) but clean. On the other hand, position is just perfect: placed in the center of Madrid's nightlife, you can reach all the main places of interest just by walking. If you don't mind about extra comfort, this is a good choice to visit Madrid with little effort.

A very nice, clean, hotel in central Madrid--part of the end of our visit touring 2 weeks of span. The beds are very comfortable and the room is modern and very clean. The bathroom, while small, is also very modern and very clean, with an excellent shower. A wonderful place to stay if you want to explore central Madrid--just a few blocks from Sol and easily walkable to most anything in central Madrid.

Ótimo custo benefício, super bem localizado. Atendimento excelente, quarto confortável, limpeza muito boa. O hotel fica próximo a bares, restaurantes, cafeterias, pontos turísticos. A partir dele, pé possível conhecer Madrid quase toda a pé.

Posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa con bagno grande. Terrazzino che si affaccia sulla strada principale ma con finestre insonorizzate. Pulizia stanza nella media, cambio di asciugamani e riordino stanza giornaliero. Consigliato.

Fuimos de viaje a Madrid y nos hospedamos en este hostal el personal simpático la habitación de 4 estaba bien ,las camas cómodas , pero la tele ,se podría modernizar un poco, tiene la TDT normal,lla ubicación del hostal un diez está súper bien conectado con metro y con bus , la calle tiene bastante vida tanto diurna como nocturna y hay bastante restaurantes en sus alrededores
