Disfruté la estancia en general, las habitaciones tipo estudio son muy cómodas pero el servicio al cliente es todo virtual por lo que no tienen asistencia personalizada en mi opinión, es bueno pero me hubiera gustado que alguien estuviera físicamente en la recepción. 👍🏻

當初在這裏訂房間的時候，說明有24小時前台服務。但是去到酒店才發現需要網上自行辦理入住， 不會有人工服務。事前沒有收到電郵通知，要用對講機問員工才知道因為經這裏訂房時我留的郵箱沒有給他們而導致我沒有收到資訊。再加上之前也寫了有禮賓部服務，但問他們才知道，如果把行李寄存是沒有人看管，那麼完全沒有安全性可言！由於我提前到了想先寄存行李都不能，導致我唯有拿着很多行李到街上等到三點才能入住到。這個真的超差的體驗！！入到房間接很重的發霉味，要噴香水才能勉強蓋過那個味道，但是出完一整天回去又會變返發霉味。不過設施還算齊全，也有煮食器材和餐具，電視亦可以連接電話播放。

We were promised two queen beds but only got one and a very uncomfortable pullout sofa. Nobody could sleep on the sofa.
We also had to sit in the lobby and wait for three hours while they were cleaning the rooms. There was no receptionist and no place to leave our luggage. We wasted three hours of sightseeing sitting inside and guarding our luggage.
Complete and total disappointment.

Center of Madrid, love it. The rooms are clean. There is no staff in the facility besides the house keeping. Everything through online communication which I am not used to. The breakfast is minimal, and when foods like ham or fruit pan empty, they don't refill. In the 2nd breakfast the no fruits.

This is a very clean, quiet, and ideally located hotel. There are no staff on site, but it is easy to get into, from the front door and your room door, and it is very comfortable inside the rooms.
