semuanya baik-baik saja. Keluhan saya adalah AC tidak berfungsi. Mereka diatur untuk mendinginkan sangat sedikit, dan di luar panas, ruangan terasa seperti oven. Gadis di resepsi dengan ramah meminta kami untuk mengganti kamar, tetapi kamar baru memiliki masalah yang persis sama. Demikian pula, kulkas tidak berfungsi. Kami diberitahu bahwa itu hanya "mempertahankan" suhu, tetapi semua yang ada di dalamnya panas.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the centre to be convenient for everything but also far enough away from the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Nice clean rooms.

Clean hotel in amazing location.

很方便，門口有地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就是名牌奢侈品店，可以步行十幾分鍾到英國宮，酒店乾淨衞生的，旁邊有間百年老店餐廳，好好吃

位置非常好，酒店比較精緻，蠻漂亮的

Hotel Catalonia Goya is located in a great neighborhood easy shopping like Cortes Ingles and much more boutiques like store. Walkable and easy access to taxis .

The stay experience was fantastic all the staff was very helpful and friendly the breakfast was great as well as the bar.

TREMENDOUS LOCATION, VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM AND VERY CLEAN. EXCELLENT!

Staff was helpful and made every effort to make me feel comfortable at this facility. Room was more than I expected had 2 windows overlooking Goya street and even though it was a rainy week I had the chance to briefly see sunlight filtering and I loved it. Breakfast buffet was good, not so abundant as other hotels in same area but more than enough for me. I stayed in three different hotels in Salamanca district from 11/24/23 to 12/1/23 and definitely I will be coming back to Catalonia. Excellent option if you enjoy walking, shopping and good food, plenty of cafes around, El Corte Ingles a couple of blocks away and several good seafood restaurantes around.

Super handy place in a good area. Smart, friendly and clean and easy access to multiple neighborhoods. Am planning to stay there many more times!

Love this small hotel! Close to everything walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping streets between 5-12mins. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with front desk open 24 hours. The room is big and the bathroom too, very spacious. Everything nice and clean, specially the bathroom which for me IS A MUST! Blackout curtains, good soundproofing and great beds and pillows. Overall the hotel is really nice and comfortable and offers everything you might need, location wise is great, the staff is very hospitable, we enjoyed our stay a lot and slept well. The only suggestion I would make is they should add power outlets in both sides of the bed as we only had on one side, and add at least one with USB port. Would definitely stay again!

Toilet didn’t work for a day and they couldn’t fix it. Asked for a plunger and they said they didn’t have one. How does a hotel not have one? Couldn’t use the bathroom for almost a whole day. Horrible experience! Just got a sorry and didn’t even try to help. Just awful experience. We were in a family room with two small children and had to go to the bar bathroom. When asked for a solution they didn’t have one.

Friendly staff, good location but the "swimming" pool was more of a water feature! No changing room either. Still 8/10 all round.
