La habitación era muy, muy justa de tamaño. Una maleta tuvimos que dejarla en el baño. Un poco de mejor mantenimiento en el baño y mobiliario no estaría de más.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lovely small hotel with very limited restaurant facilities. Room was adequate at the side of the hotel with a juliette balcony. Big downsides were our safe in the room was broken and couldn't be fixed whilst we were there and room always smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When we arrived all windows were wide open, now we know why. Our clothes were still smelling of cigarette smoke when we emptied our case back in uk. Great few days doing Christmas markets. Christmas trees and street lighting is amazing

Odd-shaped shower head, bath, no extractor fan, creaky door, sponges!, kettle. The breakfast menu was comprehensive - fresh fruit salad, natural and flavoured yogurts, cereals, whole fruits, bread, pastries and preserves, cheeses, charcuterie, fried or scrambled eggs, beans and bacon. However, there was no whole fruit left on the second morning, no beans on the third morning and for “cereals”, only one was provided and it was 19% sugar. Parking was in the car park at the top of the next street and would be easier if you have a small car! There were two spaces outside the hotel where you could park for up to half an hour to load and unload, if the spaces weren’t already taken by delivery vans. Palaver trying to find someone to get out using the parking ticket endorsed by the hotel, which reduced the 3-day fee from 87 to 66 euros.

Great area, between Chueca y Gran Via less than 10 minutes overall. We had a city view very pretty with cute balconies. Good amenities, beds were ok and even a pull out bed for the baby. Right next to the hotel A supermarket and a Bar El tigre great ambience. Satisfied with the stay. Thanks

This hotel is very good for its location just off Gran Via and very close to Chueca. I don’t know where previous reviewers have been having breakfast but this breakfast was very poor. A meagre very poor choice and the bacon was the worst bacon I’ve ever seen and tasted. Scrambled eggs ok but it all looked very cheap and limited choice - the bare minimum. The twin beds are very narrow, bathroom huge and the room is clean is traditionally Spanish. It’s more of a hostel style base than a city centre hotel resting on its location.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the lovely Retiro park and close to a lot of shops/restaurants. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite big and the bathroom was huge with a lovely walk in shower, found it excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit and there were some good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were attentive and happy to provide some gluten free items at breakfast. They were even patient with my Spanish! The hotel was very clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Lovely (smallish) hotel, only 50 mts from Grand Via. Great breakfast, helpful reception staff. Spotless room with very comfortable beds on a quiet side street just meters from the central districts.....

amazing hotel located in a great neighborhood. very close to the Grand Via but without the noise. the staff is great and the room was cleaned great on a daily basis. I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast at the restaurant. They only got 40 rooms so it's really not crowded and most of the time you feel like you have the whole place for yourself. I would love to go back. we stayed 7 nigths.
