Great location, clean 100 % recommended

酒店位置非常優越，景點步行可達。鬧中帶靜。衞生整潔，設施新，唯一不足的就是洗手間無抽風機，如果浴室門不透明、有門鎖就更好了。

性價比很高，位置很好（貌似是附近的local的唐人街）房間也比較大。

Contentas, la estética de la habitación genial, nos llamaron a la habitación para preguntar si estaba todo bien y habíamos llegado fácil nada más llegar. Eso se agradece.

It is NOT on Gran Via!!!! It’s in an oriental neighborhood 2 blocks from Gran Via Our room has no Kleenex, no Water, not enough bath gel to get thru one shower, can’t get our safe to work, no help with luggage! It clean lovely bath modern room. But not a good first impression. Very big disappointment. We have always stayed at Iberostar Las Letras. Wish we knew it’s now Gran Via Las Letras. We’d be staying there.

Such a lovely, hassle free stay in Madrid. The location was perfect, right off the Gran Via and next to Plaza de España. It wasn’t noisy though. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and the room nice & spacious. The staff were really attentive, calling after we had checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Couldn’t have asked for better, especially for the excellent value price

We were guests of the hotel for 7 days in June 2023. The hotel is in a good location, close to Gran Via, good breakfast. On the second day of our stay, we lost our card for entering the room, which we duly reported at the reception. We got a new card. The event itself was strange to us, but we didn't pay too much attention to it. The room was cleaned during the period when we were not in the hotel. The biggest unpleasant surprise happened when we returned home and noticed that we were missing a lot of wardrobe. Since our stay was 7 days, we brought a lot of clothes. When we unpacked at home, we noticed that the wife was missing expensive Benetton pants and some intimate wardrobe. 4 Massimo Dutti brand linen shirts are missing. It is specific that all things disappeared on the last day of our stay in the hotel, as if someone knew when we were leaving the hotel. My wife and I travel a lot and stay in hotels in Europe, and we have never had any things go missing from a hotel. We chose Hotel Eurostars because it has 4 stars, belongs to a hotel chain, and we thought we could be safe during our stay. We informed the hotel that we were missing a wardrobe, but received a generic response.

The hotel is well located close to Gran via and Sol the happening place of Madrid Old City. The tourist places like the Royal Palace, Cathedral etc are also within walkable distances. The rooms are good in size and have basic amenties. However, the following aspects could have been better. In a hotel operating as a member of an international chain of Eurostars the staff could barely communicate in language other than Spanish. The hotel had been requested in advance for an early checkin and rooms were falling vacant in my presence at the hotel as early as 09.30 a.m. but room was not provided till the regular time of 2 .00 pm. The Bed request was for a double bed but the room provided was with two single beds stuck together. Even the assured complimentary bottle of water was not provided. The buffet breakfast on all 4 days of my stay was exactly the same with no variation and no hot kitchen. For a hotel which claims to be 4 star rating, there is scope for large scale improvement.

Nice clean hotel in centre of Madrid which served its purpose for our three night city break. Staff very helpful and lovely aroma on entering the hotel. The hotel lacks a pool,bar and proper balcony .it has a very small seating area lobby too. Reflecting on the price of hotel it’s fine to,put your head down and get ready

They have some racist employees that are proud and they even post their racist comments in social media. And the scary thing is that they work in the kitchen and they post their hate towards some of their guests who don't share the same faith in social media...

I went to a different place and i visit different Hotels but for the first time I saw disrespectful and rude staff in this hotel as well as bad organization and unprofessional management I don't recommend it

The hotel is in an excellent location even though at first glance the street seems a little seedy! There are plenty of restaurants close by, offering a variety of different foods. The rooms are super clean and are decorated nicely. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We visited the Eurostars gran Via hotel for a vacation of 5 days. the hotel is very Clean, the stuff are so professional, kind and friendly and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!!!!! Michaela
