Great location near the city center and quieter that expected. The hotel staff could communicate well in English. The room was nice, with comfortable beds, A/C, free WiFi and a safe for any cash or valuables you may want to store. The only negative was that the breakfast was not served in the hotel but you had to go to a restaurant/café 2 blocks away. Overall it was a pretty decent choice.

La ubicación, el personal y la limpieza, impecables, de 10.
Las instalaciones, son antiguas y puede haber gente a la que le decepcione, aunque a nosotros nos encantó. Es como echar 50 años atrás. Lo que a otros les puede resultar viejo, desde la recepción al ascensor o la butaca de la habitación, nos pareció vintage y encantadoramente decadente. Lo importante: la limpieza, el servicio y la ubicación, inmejorables.

是不是3星酒店在國外也就是國內快捷酒店的水平。房間小，早餐在酒店附近的餐館裏，不是自助的，每人一份，多要加錢。周圍很熱鬧，離地鐵也近，衞生狀況還行。前台年紀偏大，所以英語口音很重，基本上他們聽不懂我説的，我也聽不懂他們説的，交流靠翻譯軟件，不過還是挺熱情的

Staff are very professional, we arrived early morning but staff allowed us to hold our luggages. The hotel is in the center of Madrid, within walking distance of every place you want to go. I will stay again and will recommend to friends and family.
