Went on *********** and filtered by airport shuttle. This place came up so I booked (non-cancellable). When I was asked about the shuttle, I was told that they didn't have one. The night before our trip, I was asked to confirm arrival time, and I mentioned the shuttle. I told the person that she should not advertise having a shuttle when they don't. She told me I was being unreasonable and cancelled our (supposedly non-cancellable) reservation, less than 24 hours before arrival. Never, never use this place.

Very beautiful Hostal in the heart of Madrid. Additionally to the beautiful rooms and the location I was really pleased with the staff. Everybody was helpful and Mr. Iván was especially helping me. Really keen on helping with any possible question or issue and trying to make my stay as comfortable als possible without being pushy about it - excellent service. I will come back for sure!

Ubicación muy céntrica, habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias y con las necesidades básicas cubiertas. Nos dejaron entrar un poco antes de la hora de llegada y al salir nos guardaron las maletas unas horas para que pudiéramos aprovechar el día.

Lo mejor la ubicación. A 2 pasos de La Latina y de La Plaza Mayor. La habitación muy pequeña e incómoda. Se ve que han querido hacer muchas habitaciones en un piso y el resultado es falta de espacio. Del baño mejor ni hablamos, debes medir 1,20 para poder usar el WC en condiciones. Habría que cambiar las almohadas. Colchón no estaba mal.

Todo muy limpio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y con un baño mínimo, pero aún así válido para estancias de pocos días. El personal amable tanto en persona como en comunicación por mensajeria instantánea. La zona está bien, aunque puede resultar un poco ruidosa de noche. Las habitaciones tienen doble acristalamiento y aún así se escucha. Nada de frío en la habitación.
