Convenient location (although at times impacted by certain roadblocks in/around the area), excellent service, friendly staff.

A great location and a very good hotel with great service and a lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but served purpose. If I was to book again o would try and upgrade to a view and a bigger room, otherwise a decent stay in a great city centre hotel.

This hotel is a completely scam. If you book the standard double room, which costs €200+, then congratulations. You will get a tiny narrow room (140sqf at best) with interior windows to the lift and corridor. The room is very noisy and you can hear your next door snoring. Maybe because the building itself is very old. Definitely the most bizarre DoubleTree I’ve ever stayed. Book the Deluxe room or AVOID this hotel if you can.

設施：齊全，不過房間略小。考慮到在市中心，也可以接受 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，浴巾什麼的也都很好 環境：交通便利，距離著名景點都是步行的距離。而且感覺也很安全 服務：服務人員都很熱情，主動打招呼 早餐，餐廳不大，但還算豐富。7點開始

酒店位置優越，鬧中取靜，房間佈置合適。 床墊軟硬適度，洗浴用品品質好。 入住時有温熱的小餅乾贈送，前台人員有一抽屜附近就餐娛樂的訊息卡，可按需提供。 早餐自助和點餐結合，品質不錯。 可改進的是客房服務部分。贈送的瓶裝水，調換浴衣，需要另行每日要求才提供。

房間比想象寬敞，唯一缺點是看不到街景。 環境乾淨整潔，上電梯要刷卡，樓下的服務人員工作也很到位主動拿行李，每天也都會給瓶裝水，很贊。 地理位置也很好對面就是普拉多，還有big bus可以坐。離火車站打車15min可達，還有星巴克吃早飯也方便，樓下的早餐可以自己點餐味道服務性價比也不錯的。本次出行住得最滿意的一家，對馬德里的印象也隨之加分。

竟然又給了我輪椅房間，我上午12點到店辦理好手續寄存行李，2點離店外出，晚上9點回來累了，匆忙進入實在沒有力氣。我竟然就在“輪椅房間”住了兩天。酒店全部就2間輪椅房間，令人難以理解。攜程和這樣“店大欺客”的商家合作，真的是太減分了。這種房間給我，至少提前問一下，或者我拿門卡的時候説一下吧，我大小行李上樓了進門了衹能湊合著。這大概就是酒店的邏輯吧。傲慢無禮，差勁👎

酒店地理位置很好，靠近普拉多博物館，離馬德里王宮，市中心都比較近，步行可到達，市裡的景點我們基本上都靠步行，離火車站也不遠。我們到達當天在市中心轉轉，剛好走到了麗池公園，還看了日落，步行回酒店。酒店附近也有不少吃飯的地方，初次入住還送我們一份熱乎乎的cookie，太暖心了。房間內有熨衣板和熨斗，這一項很貼心，我們用上了，旅程住的其他酒店還真沒有熨斗和熨衣板。沐浴露、洗髮水、潤膚露、洗手液都是英國的Crabtree and Evelyn,香噴噴的很好聞。我們住的房間空間相對比較大，隔音還行。早餐種類稍微少一些，但是服務生第一天會很貼心問我們想喝什麼，茶還是咖啡。第二天就記住了我們的喜好。前台的接待員特別有禮貌，每次進出都微笑和我們打招呼，這份熱情特別有感染力。到達的第一天前台的男士還很貼心地送給我們一張地圖，並告訴我們大概的步行距離、時間、還有熱門景點。我們度過了非常愉快的2天！

酒店位置算不錯，最初不知道但原來附件很多不錯的餐館！發現得比較晚！服務一流，親切和很配合要求。衹是房間比較小但很乾凈。

訂的超大床，屋子還行，比較乾淨，也很安靜。適合獨自出遊的夥伴。離景點都很近，步行5-10分鐘全能到。
