Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and is located in the heart of Madrid along Gran Via. It is close to multiple metro stations, shops, department stores, food and bars. This hotel is value for money. 100% will stay in this hotel again. We did not use the facilities nor try the food as there were plenty of options in the vicinity.

Very convenient location with modern and new interior. Bed is super comfortable with no lack of cushions and pillows. Security is always present and requires key card to reach the room levels and reception on the 9th floor.

Room temperature air conditioner can be adjusted. Inform reception many times. Reception Inform it might be central air con problem. overall the Room 603 is nice .

The roof top and decoration is nice This is my honey moon stay they gave us 2 single bed , we feel abit strange Upon request for a few times they switch to a double bed for us Nice hip hotel just no parking we have to walk 5 min to the public one And tooth brush Needa to request

The location is excellent, the room is clean and beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, smokers should make sure to ask for a balcony. The service at the bar on the roof is a little slow, but in general very kind and helpful. I will go back there again.

遇到了罕見的西班牙大停電，酒店的每一個工作人員都非常友善，幫忙搬行李，停電外面餐館停業，幫忙在酒店裡找吃的，想辦法幫忙提前辦理入住，提前幫忙預訂好去機場的出租車，早上下樓出租車已經在門口等了。 而且在全程沒有移動網絡的情況下，這家酒店的WI-FI和走廊都是有的（應該是自有發電機支持），最後門口幾個身材魁梧的安保人員守門，也讓你身處馬德里鬧市區依然感覺很安全，自己運氣很好定了這家酒店！ 如果有機會再來馬德里，一定會再來光顧！

服務：樓下的大叔在我們每次進出都會熱情地打招呼，9樓是前台，小姐姐會詳細地告知各種事項，早餐、晚上樓頂的party，酒店的日落陽台拍照什麼的！離開馬德里酒店幫我們預約好了出租車，告訴我們市區到機場就是一口價33歐，不能多要的！安心😌 環境：酒店附近逛街很方便，離地鐵站也近，關鍵是附近有很多中餐廳，受夠了一週西餐飯的中國胃們，救星啊！ 西班牙或者歐洲床都比國內小，習慣大床的人衹要不要亂翻身，容易掉下去！

我都不知道如何表示我的感激。上午退房，離開馬德里去到另一城市，當想用錢時，想起遺留了一些現金在酒店房間的保險箱裏，心情十分焦急，擔心錢已經不見了？。馬上打電話給酒店，是Anna接的電話，她瞭解經過後，二話不説，馬上去房間查找。不到兩分鐘的時間，她就打來了電話説找到了，令人十分驚喜。隨後協調好讓我的馬德里朋友第二天去酒店取回了現金。Anna的誠實和敬業精神十分令人讚許，對酒店的安全十分放心。
