Rude staff at breakfast and the roof! I understand there are lots of people at the property but thats no good reason to be rude to clients. Got a room with wall view and AC installations ( not sure i would call it kingsize deluxe room) but well! Thanks for the stay! Wont happen again

The hotel’s location was very convenient, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The downside was that the room was very basic and small. The bathroom was average even though the shower was very nice. The general facilities lack amplitude. The size of the pool is really small. It is like a kid’s pool. The gym is very small as well. Overall, it is a good hotel but its facilities could be better.

The hotel was nice. The location was perfect and the hotel feels modern and new. The staff was friendly. My favorite part was enjoying the rooftop, the hotel guests have priority to enter since it has become a landmark in Madrid. I would stay again here

Dreaming of a happy honeymoon, I spent four nights in this hotel in Madrid. But, for the second day night, ridiculous accident occurred. When I came back to my room, I discovered my wife's toothbrush contaminated in the shower booth. My wife's used same toothpaste and absolutely it had white color like my toothbrush before I left my room. There is no doubt that it was used during room cleaning. The black stain on the tip of the toothbrush cannot explain that it was caused by human's toothbrushing. At that night, I complained it to a manager at reception. Although they promised me to bring solution on this issue until next morning, they didn't do anything. When I visited next night, they responded that they could provide room service or room-upgrade. From what I felt, they had no sincere apology for ruining my honeymoon, and it wasn't until the day before I left that I only talked about meaningless rewards like room-upgrade. I refused meaningless compensation and left Riu hotel next morning immediately. I really dispointed their reaction and lost realiabilty of this hotel. Think that your wife or a member of family used a polluted toothbrush and got medical trouble due to this kind of issue. Do you want to go this hotel? If someone ask to recommend a hotel in the Mardrid, absoultely this hotel will be not in the list anymore.

A visit for my 34th wedding anniversary service was great and very responsive good facilities good food for breakfast egg station could offer more choice apart from just ham and cheese great friendly staff greatly recommend
