Hotel Miau

The best location possible in Madrid. The best value in terms of great rooms, great breakfast, wonderful staff, and the surrounding restaurants, clubs, museums, and transportation make it the place to stay. If you arrive or leave, this area can be accessed or exited by train, airport transportation and of course taxi.

This hotel was a great experience! It was in a perfect location, surrounded by restaurants. More than that, though, was the wonderful staff, who advised me every day and gave great recommendations. Shout out specifically to Stanislava and Theo at the front desk. Thanks to both of you for a job well done! Hope to see you on my next visit....

Too noisy, interior walls are way too thin. No privacy when using the toilet due to gaps on the door. Yes, we were offered to change rooms, but having heard from other guests about the noise in their rooms, we didn’t bother. Location is great and staff is friendly.

Great location and well set up room. Very comfortable bed and also a comfortable chair. Quite small but more than adequate. The shower was a bit too small though and the wall fridge was very noisy. Nevertheless a good stay and I would happily stay there again.

Outstanding accomodation in one of the best neighbourhoods in Madrid. Our room was modern & had a delightful balcony overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. The staff were very friendly & obliging and breakfast was fabulous, especially the young lady who was hosting. Great location, walking to lots of Madrid highlights.

The hotel is small, boutique and perfectly located for a short stay. The staff on all counts were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much to ask them. Thank you Alex, Stanislava and other support staff. The room was clean, renovated and well appointed - small but with a balcony for fresh air and good light, overlooking the plaza. The Bed was very comfortable and the soundproofing meant I slept like a baby for three nights even though my room faced onto Plaza Santa Ana. Air conditioning also worked like a dream. The breakfast buffet had great choice with plenty of fresh produce and traditional Continental or English style choices. Miau is in the centre of Madrid, close to all attractions and shops but the area was not touristy - rather a safe and liveable local neighbourhood. I really liked that. Having traveled the globe for years, this has been one of my best hotel experiences. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Hotel Miau for 7 nights. Excellent location in the city centre, walking distance from the main places of interest in Madrid. Room cleanliness A+++. The receptionist staff are exceptional, always there for a helping hand. They even, responded in a space of minutes, may emails which we sent for any information about the Hotel and about Madrid. The breakfast was very good with many different items from where to choose. Definitely a very good choice and really worth it!

This was our third stay in Hotel Miau and we love it! If you're looking for affordable accommodation in the centre of Madrid this is perfect. A very well located, comfortable hotel in the very heart of Madrid. Very affordable and in a lovely building right on Plaza de Santa Ana. Lovely, helpful people on reception too.

My sister and I loved this hotel. It’s a great location. Room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and well maintained. A special shout-out and many thanks to Stanislava at the front desk. She was so helpful and always with a smile! The hotel is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!!
