Impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Aucune instruction. Personne ne répond ni au téléphone, ni a l'interphone. C'est hôtel est une arnaque qui débite la carte mais que nous ne pouvons y accéder une fois sur place .

Falta un poco de limpieza

Honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in all my years of travelling to Spain. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything from your neighbours, meaning if they decide to stroll in after 1am like ours did, you hear them screaming and being drunken ******. It’s virtually impossible to contact any sort of customer service person and nobody on site to help when issues like this arise. The bed was terrible and the pillows were honestly like bricks. There’s essentially no rules, you can do as you like without reprocussion it seems. I didn’t finish my stay. I was supposed to be there for 5 days but checked out after 3. The place was a nightmare and I’d recommend paying the extra money for a decent hotel. This place is great on price but it’s honestly not worth it, I’d avoid it at all costs.

This is handy for a short term stay due to the price, we stayed for 4 days in Madrid and now looking back, I would pay more for a decent hotel. Would only recommend for a one or two night stay. Hotel operates on technology to open building doors and room door, which might seem smart at first, but now you would have the remember to bring your phone out with you to use the toilet for the room again, ensuring that you are connected to WiFi and have charge all the time. We had locked ourselves out after using the shower and no means of communication with the hotel is possible. There is a phone number provided at the gate but does not get connected to anyone. After being locked outside, luckily a cleaner had arrived to open the doors for us. bedroom isn’t cleaned thoroughly, when we arrived the towels that were provided with had marks and stains on them, and when we had ask for new ones to replace these towels they said no. So throughout the holiday we had to use our clean clothes as a towel. You can see dust that has accumulated on the headboard of the bed meaning they don’t clean it well enough but rather just change the sheets and a quick sweep. Walls are very very thin so you can hear pretty much everything and everyone who is on the same floor as you.

Al entrar en la habitación, un fuerte olor a humedad, que se confirmó, efectivamente al encender la luz, paredes con manchas super grandes de humedad, ennegrecidas y si te acercas podías ver los hilos de moho, además el suelo, al pisarlo salía agua de entre los ladrillos, lo peor fue cuando contacte con el hotel mediante el chat de su web y dijeron que las humedades son normales si llueve en Madrid, y que el olor "no sería para tanto" y que las manchas de moho no son tan grandes y que no pintan todos los días, unas joyas vamos, les propongo que me cambien de habitación y me dicen que están completos, que pueden darme una habitación sin baño al mismo precio, cosa que rechazó y les pido la devolución del dinero, cosa que niegan por "política" lo cierto es que la habitación no cumplía las condiciones mínimas de higiene y es un peligro para la salud, independientemente si llueve o no, nunca es responsabilidad del huésped.
